Review 2：Beautiful House with stunning views and wonderful hosts. Great breakfast as I've stayed in a number of hotels and guesthouses in France over the past few months and Chateau View really served a perfect breakfast, with a lovely terrasse overlooking the river available for their guests when the weather is fine. Andrew and Georgia are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and it was a pleasure to have stayed in their lovely house.
Review 3：Our room overlooked the river and was located in a small charming village square with restaurants, however it wasn't noisy. The breakfast was lovely and Georgia baked fresh bread in the morning and served breakfast on a balcony overlooking the river. When we arrived she said that we could help ourselves to any tea, coffee or fruit in the kitchen.
Review 4：Really boring village, not much to see or do. Poor selection of restaurants and the one we did visit was really bad.

Chateau View is centrally located in the quiet but charming village of Quillan, which is close to numerous Cathar sites. The breakfast offered was scrumptious, in fact the very best in all our B & B stays so far and Andrew bakes the yummiest bread. Thank you for a wonderful stay; a home away from home!

Review 13：We loved everything about Chateau View. It is in an excellent location and the views are stunning. It is located on the square in the old part of town. We loved this as there are bars, cafés and restaurants in the square so we didn't have to go far to eat. The house is lovely and has the real French feel which you don't get in hotels. We were made very welcome by our host Andrew who speaks perfect English. He showed us to our lovely room which overlooked the river. He invited us to use the kitchen whenever we wanted to make hot drinks and showed us the huge lounge where we could sit out on the balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was the best we have ever had anywhere. There was so much choice and we even had fresh, homemade bread which was still warm from the oven. I could go on and on but wrapping it up in one sentence! When you stay here, you won't want to leave.
