Review 1：Beds are sofa beds Swimming pool makes the apartment humid Bad lightning (only 1 window at road level) Stairs to access the pool are kind of dangerous

Review 3：The aircon was not working properly and the rooms were humid and around 30o C. We could not use the apartments and had to move to a local hotel that night.
Review 4：We could not stay - it is a long studio on ground floor with a basement - it is not a "loft". Very small window is there at small end. For having young children (we have 2 - 5 and 3 years old) there was no barrier to the stairs that are very thin (10-15cm), metal, and extremely steep with no railings. Oddly enough 1 of the 3 pull out beds (there are no beds or bedrooms only convertible sofas that convert) shares the space with the pool in the basement so I was also concerned with Co2 or other gas build up when sleeping because of the pool/hottub thing they have. The owner was defensive, but kind enough and offered another place......eventually - but that would take hours to organise, etc. Since we booked that same day, and it is offseason we thought he could just give us a break on the deposit (says booking.com doesn't allow it though?) and we could all go our separate ways. He didn't since we can drive home in a couple of hours. (yes we are locals and visit Valberg a lot).
Review 5：The place was clean, and modern. It would be good for people in their 20's or for a couple who want something funky. If you are more than 4 people (as advertised is possible), the person 5&6) need to sleep right beside the pool in the basement without windows.
Review 6：30 min after confirmation I canceled the reservation due to my problem in my work, and the owner did not want refund. Only one way if I I will pay and stay stay for one day more. Very difficult for communication more than 5-6 time was comunicate with him via booking.com for just simple things. For this facilities and accomodation the pricing is very expencive. Not will stay any more.

Review 8：Visited in winter and was cold with ice inside the apartment vents. Mini pool was noisy and there are only sofa beds. Steps to lower ground pool very steep even for the fit.
Review 9：Location excellent, with good kitchen, storage facilities. The studio is sean and reasonably well maintained.
Review 10：This property is falsely marketed for the relaitive high price and we expected much more. The smell of chlorine is overbearing, the heating system is hard to manage. The apartment is claustrophobic with little natural light. It is not what the advertising depicts! Its not surprising its available for very late booking at these rates and conditions.
Review 11：Location opposite the ski lift. The staff were very helpful and flexible allowing us a late check out on the last day.
Review 12：It was very humid and smelly there due to the pool and chlorine. The staff did not come on time for our check out, 1/2 hour late which made us late. We had an appointment for a certain time.The wifi does not work at all, and very poor phone connection. It is very small for 4 people!
Review 13：We loved the pool for the kids and we had a 1 night stay to spend 1 day with our kids during a school trip For us it was perfect for THAT. If we had to stay longer I think it could have been difficult, I would have gone crazy.

Review 18：Mouldy humid and impossible to air out. Room downstairs had no windows.Should not be advertised as a room. Also dangerouse for kids. Not at allwhat it looks like on their web. Also it said loft apartment well ourswas a basement.
Review 19：Much too expensive,very bad value for money, no bedroom as such,groundfloor with 2 pull out double beds, also one next to the pool in celler but much too hot to sleep there; Only one small window which open s onto footpath ( we had to leave open when possible due to the terrible heat in the apartment,temperture permanent between 25° and 27°). We hoped for something luxurious considering thje price for the week but were very disappointed. We have stayed before in other " Residence" in the center of Valberg much better value for money.
Review 20：Fairly well situated at the entrance to this charming village of Valberg. Need 5 mins to walk to butcher s, superette, ski school" EFS",bar s, restaurants. Just have to cross the road to get the "telesiege". We liked the bigscreen TV on the groundfloor, there is also one in the celler( where the pool is). The kids loved playing in the pool after a day skiing. Apartment new and fairly design.
