Review 1：A little noisy at night from the street and other rooms. I front desk girl looked like she did not want to be there and did not smile. She also turned on the noisey dishwasher that was in the same room while we were still eating which made us not want to have breakfast there again

Review 3：Hygiene mediocre, badly maintained toilets and sanitary facilities. Owner tactless and chasing guests on the street as soon as possible to come to breakfast.

Review 29：Reception not always there on arrival, but others can help. Looks odd, as it shares the entrance with a restaurant, but it's fine. WiFi works only in the common area, but that encourages socializing with other guests.

Review 38：The hotel was closed . The owner/manager, was not at the hotel at 3.00pm, when we arrived. After several phone calls, he arrived an hour later. Although there was a menu on display, there was no dinner available.

Review 50：We had a very pleasant stay at Pension Weisses Lam. The hotel was well situated pretty much in the city centre. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was cozy. The staff members were very friendly. We were given a quick tour of the hotel and showed to our room when we arrived. At breakfast in the morning, a staff member greeted us in a very friendly manner and offered us a nice breakfast, offering an espresso or tea to go along with breakfast. We highly recommend this pension and would return if/when we return to Melk.
