Review 1：Had to check out early because the owners were rude and locked us out of the property. Checked out 3 days early and did not receive a refund. When we checked in the owners insisted that we prepaid our breakfast in advance and we did not get a refund for that service either. Very bad experience at this property.
Review 2：Not worth in money. I can have full course of dinner (steak, salat, red wine) with eur15 in the restaurant but have to pay about eur10 for breakfast in hotel where only available 1 bread, 1 hard boiled egg, a cup of coffee and cereal... Wifi was never work!

Review 4：No air conditioning in mid July, therefore no choice but to sleep with the windows open and deal with the mosquitos. Shower did not drain very well. The fourth bed was a joke (a super narrow mattress directly on the floor). And no fridge.
Review 5：Beautiful landscape of lavander fields surrounding Sault. The hotel has a great location and free parking available nearby.

Review 9：Nice hotel right in the centre of Sault. Good sized, clean rooms. The hotel and restaurant have been recently modernised and the pictures do not do it justice. Adequate breakfast, essential for those walking or cycling Ventoux. Hotel restaurant very good. Bike friendly as bikes were stored securely in a garage.
Review 10：The manager was very rude It did say that parking was available in the description When I asked about it the manager became quite angry I wasn't so much worried about the parking as we were able to get a street park outside. However it was her manner and response which was quite aggressive

Review 16：The hotel owner was extremely rude to us and other guests - her attitude was astonishing for someone working in hospitality. We had read comments about this on Booking.com before making our reservation but decided that we didn't really mind about the mood of the owner as long as the hotel was ok - we wish we had taken other Booking users complaints about the owner seriously as she really tainted our stay with her abusive treatment of us. When we arrived at the hotel it seemed that payment by credit card was not possible, apparently due to storms the previous week that had affected phone lines. However, the owner insisted we try our card, then when it did not work, the owner became verbally aggressive suggesting that we didn't have the money to pay. She did not listen to any of our suggestions or comments, but instead commenced a nonsensical monologue including saying that we should contact the Mayor of Sault if we had a problem with the phone line not working. We arrived for check-in at 20.15 but had to wait half an hour because another guest was having an argument with the hotel owner. She said the reception was only open until 20.00 and when we showed her our reservation details that said the reception was open until 21.00, she shouted that it was already 20.45 and she was very tired. We finally paid in cash as we did not want to waste any more time but the woman continued to be rude, complaining about customers who came to the hotel via Booking.com. The hotel room was ok but I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone - I do not think that Booking should offer it to their customers. Minor comment: the hotel room service should not open the room door to clean the room without knocking first.

Review 47：Attitude of owners. Check in supposedly 2 - 10pm - we arrived at 8pm to shuttered reception and no entry. The owners were too busy serving in the restaurant and wanted the money up front. When I asked if we could eat I was told 'if you're quick'. I spoke fluent French to them but it made no difference. The man was off hand to the point of rudeness. The woman slapped the bill for the meal down on the table when she brought dessert! Never known that in France before. Breakfast was OK but could have been presented better. Nobody in reception when we left so I threw the key on the counter. They need to go on a customer care course. I would never go back there. Why do people like that run hotels? Oh, and the mattress was stained.
