Reviews for Hôtel balladins Arles
Review 1:Loose panel lying in bathroom. Dimly lit throughout.Walls dirty. Base of shower black with I don't know what. Breakfast awful considering they charge 9 euros
Review 2:They staff were friendly
Review 3:I asked to change rooms, the allocated room was very tatty, well past its 'sell by' date. In particular the shower required attention and the carpets were covered with stains. The room I moved to was not much better. The cleaners were very thorough, but the carpets were way past saving. I would suggest that they remove them and replace with laminate flooring - similar to that in the bathroom which was much fresher and noticeably cleaner. The hotel was non smoking but I could smell cigarettes and there were burn marks on the furniture and carpets
Review 4:The hotel was well situated, easy to find, just off the main route. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good value and everything was fresh. The communal areas were light and fresh and the parking area was good.
Review 5:Basic hotel, dull lighting in bathroom. No lift and a bit outdated. Fine for a short stay.
Review 6:This hotel suited us as we had a car and could drive into town without having to stay in town. There was secure parking which was convenient and only a 5 minute drive into town.
Review 7:price for breakfast, the parking could be nicer, the light outside enter in the rooms.
Review 8:Human quality of the responsible, easy to find, quiet place, boulangerie just crossing the street
Review 9:There was no kettle in the room and when we asked for it we were told that this service is no longer available. What a pity... what's better than having a warm coffee in bed? I hope the service is given back to clients.
Review 10:The receptionist is very professional. Even in the afternoon, when the reception was closed, she willingly came over to the hotel to help us because our room card was not opening the room door. Thanks, we really appreciated!
Review 11:I lost my key and was not given access my pre-paid room by the night watchman when I arrived at 1:30am. Moreover, he was unspeakably disagreeable and dismissive when I explained that I would miss my 6:55 am train the following morning if I could not access my room that night. I had to spend the night in another hotel in town (with alll-night servive) and missed my train. I will NEVER EVER again use a Hotel Balladin.
Review 12:A bit run down, not terrible though. Had to drive in and park to see the city Centre. A bit expensive for what it is.
Review 13:Free parking.
Review 14:Superb !
Review 15:Equipment bit dingy, but clean, so good. Breakfast with very little choice (and costs EUR 9).
Review 16:Very friendly staff, good orientation at arrival.
Review 17:THE MOKET ON THE FLOOR DIRTY. No shampoo. Bathroom not so good
Review 18:Stains all over the carpet in the room and in the hotel corridors.
Review 19:Free private parking. Good location next to major roads.
Review 20:Chambre trop petit, toillette miniscule, breakfast imcomplet.
Review 21:Rien
