The Chastellan Hotel is a family hotel in the heart of Valberg resort and features a sunny terrace and quality accommodations.

Review 1：Lovely quiet place to stay. Staff were excellent. Our evening meal great value and very well presented as well as delicious. The waitress could not have been more helpful she was fantastic.

Review 2：Booking.com was very misleading saying that valberg was 13km from isola. It was more like 63km. Wouldn't have stayed there if we had realised this!

Review 12：The shower. Why can't hotels get showers right? Unlike many budget hotels, the problem wasn't with maintenance of the shower, this was a different problem. There was no bracket to hold the shower head so you can't avoid drenching the floor of the bathroom. Also, there's a heater above the door in the bathroom thAt comes on with the light! which is probably fine in winter but a bit of an issue when it's 25 deg outside!

Review 13：Valberg is a purpose-built ski resort and as such everything is geared around skiing with some activities for summer visitors available. The hotel is clearly designed for skiers but the underground ski room was available for me to store my bike in. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. The accommodation was alpine chalet style and quite basic, but perfectly adequate for my needs, and about right for the cost. I had a perfectly enjoyable stay.

Wefound the staff very helpful, and the food was excellent. The breakfastwas particularly noteworthy for the variety of food on offer. Stayingthere was a pleasant experience.

Review 31：No doubt this is a good location for skiing, there are chair lifts within walking distance. We used it as an overnight stop off season and found it adaquate. There was free off street parking and WiFi. Breakfast buffet included cereals, cold meat, cheese, eggs and a wide selection of bread and pastries.
