Review 1：Theyhad deducted cost of my room from my bank-card before I arrived, thus incurring a bank-charge on my account. I wanted to pay in Euros. Someone saying he was from 'Reception' tried to hustle me out of the room at 1010am. while I was working. The website says 11am. Mentioning that downstairs was again met with an argument. The customer is sometimes right buddy. Will never return.

Review 5：Our room was from the street side and it was very, very noisyin the morning. Also check-out at 10am seemed very early.

Review 7：Extra pillows would have been appreciated and soap in the bathroom. As we were only there for one night on route we didn't take any and had to use shower gel from the shower.
Review 8：The position just back from the marina was great, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Free parking right outside the door was good.
Review 9：The only downside is that the hotel is near to a residential area where a group of 15 or so teens gathered at the bus stop, drinking heavily and making a lot of noise. This happened every night and lasted until about 3am. Nothing the hotel can do about it though in fairness.

Review 12：Staff were friendly and helpful, and didn't mind letting me checkin late. Everything was spotless, incredibly clean. Overall a muchbetter stay than I had at a much more expensive place in Nantes thenight before!
