Review 1：Get not working the TV, probably the control had low battery. Room service should check this. A hotel bar would be a recommendable improvement for this type of hotel.

Review 16：We were a group of four people on three motor bikes keen to visit the centre of the Rioja and choose this hotel as it was close to the old town (15 minutes walk) and had secure parking (13.2 euros per night). We had been travelling through Spain and Portugal (in Spain we visited 8 hotels in total) this hotel was the least friendly and the staff had delusions of their own importance. My only reasoning for their poor behaviour was due to a dislike of motor cyclist. This hotel room (double for myself and partner) was the smallest we had had. We did not have breakfast as it was 9 Euros. In the old town you could have a good 3 course meal for 12!

Review 18：Was allocated a smoking room (we did not book a smoking room); it didn't just smell slightly - it stank! To the extent that it made me feel sick. Apparently there were no non smoking rooms available. Given the inconvenience of moving to another hotel, we had no option but to stay in that room for one night - moving to a non smoking room the next night. Even that smelt unclean and a little smokey. Reception staff seemed miserable, it was as if we were an inconvenience for staying there. Nowhere near 7.9 in my opinion - where are peoples standards??! Book somewhere else, trust me.

Review 21：Not many hotels provide scrambled eggs so that was a nice surprise. We liked that it was close to the bus station. Nice touch to have bottled water and apples for guests. Room was quiet even though our room faced a park. Close to the town Center.

Review 22：Slightly dated decor. The bathroom, although a nice size, was a strange layout, with the bath / shower area in near-darkness due to lack of spotlight in that area. Wi-fi was poor and we often struggled to connect.

Review 24：As a Camino pilgrim it was a welcome sight to see this hotel, I knew I wouldn't be staying in such a place for a while. Very close to bus station which is good after a long day's travelling. Staff helpful and friendly.

Review 25：We ran into a health issue while passing through while walking the Camino and the staff went way above the call of duty in helping us find the proper medical help and then making sure we were taken care of during the recovery. Big thanks to Miguel at the front desk who was fluent in English and took care of every detail. This is definitely our go to place in the Logrono area.

Review 70：It is not insulated, very noisy. The staff is not kind and they do not explain anything. We ordered telepizza to the room because they have this service, the receptionist didn't know how it worked and after passing our call through they charged us the call (expensive!)! Really greedy, if we would know we would have called ourselves. There aren't many double beds, if you are a couple avoid this hotel because most likely you will get a 2 bed room.

Review 72：Very impressed with this hotel, we were staying with two dogs and had no problems at all. The car was too big for the usual hotel car parking so they allowed us to keep it outside in their reserved drop off bay - its an estate car. Staff very friendly and helpful, wifi good signal. Would definitely stay again.

We got the impression he was notbothered to serve drinks (too busy texting I guess). Went next door andhad a great night!

Review 83：Located in a nice quiet area yet convenient to bars and restaurants.Room clean and comfortable. A bath and plenty of hot water (we were onthe Camino). Easy to operate a/c, heat (yes, we were in some hotelswhere you would need a degree to crank it up).

Review 84：The temperature in the rooms is quite high, and we couldn't manage to turn the heating down when we wanted to. The room's door don't stop the noise in the corridors but it is a quiet hotel to stay.
