Review 1：Wonderful location and the food in the restaurant was excellent - we had a lovely local red wine recommended by the waiter and the service was really good. The rooms are very convenient and when you walk out you are in the centre of a beautiful little town!

Review 22：A boutique hotel set in an absolutely incredible "must see" old town on the Danube. Walking distance from Cruise boat - even with heavy bags. A most memorable experience to be woken by bells peeling and look out on the vista of the majestic medieval Melk Abbey. Excellent in house restaurant, too. But book!

I know it sounds a bit superficial, but this hotel had the best selection of cable channels of any hotel we stayed in on the trip.

Review 114：The hotel is in the small town of Melk, overlooking the monastery. The room we were in was quite large and modern, with a large bathroom (shower only). There was a nice breakfast, and a free car park. We also had dinner at the hotel which was excellent.

Review 120：The Hotel Restaurant zur Post is a nice, ideally located hotel in Melk, an easy walk to everything. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean. We loved the food and atmosphere at the Poststüberl. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
