Review 1：Breakfast wasnt upto the expectation. The beds and pillows were quite hard. The front room was definitely not soundproof. we could hear a lot from the walking path and probably vice-versa

Review 4：Awful location, away from Lille and with nothing close by, even for a walk does not seem safe. Rooms only cleaned every 2 days. The receptionist behavior on check out was very disappointing. He did not want to use my company address for the invoice. First he said I should have said on arrival (why?), then he said there was a lot of check outs (I was alone) and last he said ti was a booking.com reservation (I pay to the hotel, not to Booking so?) and he could not do it. I complained and he obviously did it, he just did not want to work too hard. Music in the lobby too loud. There is no restaurant, just a small market to buy something.

Review 6：we booked a 2 room appartment. Very spacious. Livingroom with couch, TV and open kitchen with microwave and electric stove, fridge etc. Little corridor with bathroom with bathtub and on the other side of the corridor seperate toilet. Sleepingroom with big comfortable bed. Very friendly (english speaking) staff all around. Enough free parking space (secured by a fence at night). Little 'shop' in the lobby to buy food to prepare in the room and other small items. Lot of value for your money.

Review 11：- We had to wait 40 min for checking and there were only 2 people in fornt of us. - The line for breakfast in the morning took us more than 1h I dont know why they do not organize a 'standar' buffet - Our room had windows(which could not be opened) to the inside of the building so basically our views were to the queue of people waiting for having breakfast

Review 14：We were in Lille for La Braderie and the easy access to the motorway and metro, the quiet location, secure parking and spacious apartment meant we had a great weekend. Breakfast was relaxed and plentiful.

Review 15：Too far from Lille centre if you don't own a car. The public transport are not convenient (almost no bus on sundays) and it takes 15 min walk to reach the first underground station. Not convenient at all for kids ! The patio inside can be very noisy in the evening and in the morning, almost impossible to sleep at these times on the convertible couch. For the rooms at the opposite it's ok.

Review 23：Hotel was nice and comfortable staff were friendly and helpful. Very easily located using a Tom Tom. We had a 2 Bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the Living Room. Beds were very comfortable and Bathroom clean and Tidy. Based in a quiet location of town. Breakfast was included and the continental breakfast was great. They served pancakes and eggs. Not Suitable for Vegetarians, no Hot Food. But the Baguettes and croissants were nice. No Evening meals served but had quite a few fridges where you can buy food and warm in grill. Very nice place overall and nice to move around to parts of France and Belgium. Would love to stay here again.

Review 25：I stayed for a night. I liked everything about the hotel from the spacious halls to the facilities in the room. Well equipped room. A big free parking lot which served us well. The rooms were overall clean and provides a real value for money. Breakfast was good too and included a variety of food.

Review 56：Sat-nav struggled to find Olivarious, street signage was helpful, but intermittent. Its location on a modern industrial estate is a little off-putting at first, feels like you're nowhere near the cultural areas of Lille etc nearby. The large atrium space was quite cold (appreciate - a difficult space to heat!) The overt use of concrete in the apartment made it seem cold and a little lacking in comfort. As we were utilising the sofa-bed, we had no comfortable seating area in the apartment, apart from round the dining table - so spent more time in the large public atrium.

Review 57：Found this to be a modern, functional and slightly quirky overnight stop-over venue for our family travelling home from holiday. The fridges filled with all kinds of food including 'quality' micro-meals and self-serve microwave cooking area gave us a surprisingly good evening meal (if a little pricey, given what it was). The large atrium space with TV, table-football, bar and sofa seating was a great space for the whole family to chill-out. Buffet/cafeteria-style breakfast was quite good, with freshly made pancakes a hit. Apparently there's also lots of restaurants a short drive away, though venturing out beyond the industrial estate at night didn't appeal. Appreciated the secure parking (they lock the gates at night). Recommend for holiday stop-overs and business travellers requiring more than a hotel.

Review 65：Our appartment in this hotel had plenty of room. It had aliving room easilly turned into a second sleeping room. There is also a small kitchen and bedroom. The area is quiet, the living room might get a little noise and light from the inside of hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and the staff were very friendly.
