Review 1：- a bit expensive - unpaved parking outside: very dusty or, if it rains, muddy. Just doesn't macth with the quality of the hotel

Review 3：The external condition of the hotel was very good, but the entrance area resembled a bomb site. The parking area was unsurfaced and scruffy. The lift did not reach the ground floor. No room terrace. The air conditioning system was regulated by the reception clerk - not really feasible.

Review 7：The whole experience. The staff on arrival - the room - the location - easy to find. We didn't stay for breakfast but it looked very nice. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a junior suite which was a real surprise. Very quiet location. Excellent bed

Review 10：The surroundings in total disagreement with the quality of the hotel. This is apparently due to the lack of city planning, very typical of Sanlúcar. Not so nice city, but nice people, nice food, nice restaurants, nice bars all at very nice prices.

Review 12：Not easy to locate, but Booking.com could improve on that. No quality English News channel on TV. The breakfast offering was not consistent, that needs looking at & communicated more effectively. The time lapse lights in the common areas need adjusting & coordinating properly. Two cups & milk should be available on the tray in double rooms not just one.

Review 54：The hotel is a converted bodega with pretty internal patio area. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Although it says they don't have their own parking there is a large sanded area used for parking immediately outside the hotel.

Review 59：Very friendly and helpfull staff, Wifi in the whole hotel and Coffee and Water for free - BUT before all we did love our Junior suite room which was in the old palast - what a great mix between modern and historical ! we had a nice room with a huge balcony and even 2 televisions :-)... the bed was huge and very confortable. Do not get shoked when arriving as the fist impression is strange - because there still is a construction area in front of the hotel - but the good news is you can park your car for free. tapas and city was a 5 min walk
