Review 1：Location is perfect for visiting L'aM (10m), Lille town (12m), Louvre-Lens (24m), Ghent (50m), Bruges (55m), Brussels (1h20), French ports 60-70m on toll-free fast roads. Large Centre Commercial on doorstep with choice of eating venues. Secure parking accessible by intercom-raised barrier. Rooms entirely soundproofed & zero noise in road-facing room. Very good fast WiFi accessible all areas & reasonable download speeds but uploads very slow. Perfectly comfortable spacious double bed and room size whilst fine for those staying overnight, is a 'little' cramped with small adequate shower-WC.
Review 2：The breakfast was very poor, we paid 8 euro but for nothing. The bathroom is old and not clean enough for example the sink is broken. The reception woman is not nice.

Review 65：We had some issues with our hire car and the staff were very helpful communicating with the hire company on our behalf. The staff at the hire car company could learn a thing or two about customer service from the hotel people.
