Review 1：The landlady went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and was friendly and approachable. She arranged parking for us in the secure garden at the back of the property and was able to give us directions to anything we needed to find in the area
Review 2：Lovely friendly welcome Janis was fantastic couldn't do enough for us and I've had less choice in top quality hotels for breakfast than the choice we had at greenbank we will defiantly be back and would recommend to anyone

Review 5：My family stayed with them for 3 nights. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was really nice. we enjoyed the time with them and the Lake District.

Review 9：Had a great stay. The guest house had a homely atmosphere, the room very comfortable, oh yes and the breakfast was great. Getting into town is easy, car, walk or bus. The owners, Janis and Steve were so helpful to us. We were in Barrow looking for a house for our son. Janis and Steve knew the area so well and advised us on which areas to look. It saved us looking in the 'wrong' places, saving us a lot of time and effort. Would definitely go back.
