Reviews for Apartamentos Fariñas 11

Review 1:Great location - only 2 minutes to the beautiful town square, 5-10 minutes to the beach. Gorgeous, quiet and well-maintained apartment. Friendly staff. Perfect for couples who want a bit of peace and quiet but plenty of bars and restaurants close to hand. We loved it!

Review 2:Super place. We had a 2 bed aptmt with a terrace and could not fault it. The town square is 5-10 mins walk and only 15 mind to the sea. If we come to this lovely part of Spain again will definitely stay here!

Review 3:The street is rather seedy. Beyond the patio, which is pretty but rather bare, compared to the patios in the same street, the building has little charm. Standard white/brown/beige hotel decoration, you could be just as well in Sweden. The receptionist (or landlady?) was irritated because we failed to understand immediately that we were to park temporarily in the one-car garage next to the residence to avoid blocking the narrow street. She disappeared just after showing us the apartment and the reception remained closed most of the time (3 days). She did give us information about where to park the car for free but that was about it. No electric kettle, no mug or big breakfast cup, nothing that could serve as a coffee pot or teapot. No salt or pepper, etc.. though clearly, former guests must have left some. Very basic shower.

Review 4:The apartment was spacious and quiet, everything new, with a good heating/conditioning system. Basic necessities to prepare breakfast. The ancient city, though clearly suffering from the crisis, has some lovely squares, palaces and forts, cafeterias in ravishing Andalusian gardens, bodegas, plenty of seafood restaurants on the shore of the Guadalquivir estuary and the Donana National Park is nearby.

Review 5:The kitchen was large, but there were not many pot's and pan's.....

Review 6:Location was very nice an comfortable, cosy in the middle of an authentic old town by the sea. The terrace on the roof a good place to have breakfast and dinner. Ity was the style of the appartment in the old house that we liked very much and we felt at home. We arrived a day too early, but were helped superbly.

Review 7:The beds were very hard and as British we would have liked a kettle.

Review 8:The whole character of the place. Did not appreciate the air con till wedidn't have it in the next apartment.

Review 9:We were spoilt with a fabulous roof terrace and beautiful sun lounge with a stunning wooden beamed ceiling. A fabulous feature. The apartment was beautiful. The complimentary drinks and breakfast magdalenas, cereals, jams and juice were a very welcoming touch and one not often found in Spanish hotels. We had a wonderful stay and I was hesitant to write a review because we will definitely return and selfishly don't want the prices to go up! A truly a 10/10 apartment. Thank you!

Review 10:The appartment was spacious and comfortable.

Review 11:Excellently equipped. Very centrally situated. Helpful staff. Good value for money

Review 12:No kettle. No oven

Review 13:Two toilets. Comfortable lounge area.

Review 14:The air conditioning was amazing

Review 15:Great location, spacious and good information provided on local things to

Review 16:spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped, helpful staff. Everything was great. Would go again.

Review 17:nothing

Review 18:Great location close to old town center, castle, bodegas and cafes. Very spacious two story apartment with patio. Well equipped kitchenette. Private garage parking available nearby.

Review 19:The apartment was at the front which made it very noisy from the street and every time someone came into the building the door would be slammed! A kettle would be appreciated. The parking situation is also not very good. Extra pillow option needed.

Review 20:The apartment was clean & well fitted out.

Review 21:The bed wasn't the most comfortable, perhaps could have done with more pillows. The shower was a bit annoying as it was hard to shower without spraying water onto the floor. At times we could hear noise from other's apartments, particularly when they were going up and down their stairs.

Review 22:Beautiful apartment off quiet shared patio. This place is beautifully designed with an amazing balance between modern and traditional Spanish building. The apartment itself being very contemporary whilst being in a more traditional setting. Having a few complimentary items left in the fridge and to get us started with a basic breakfast helped make us feel welcome. The lounge area was very relaxing and comfortable and there were lots of useful leaflets and guides to Sanlucar to hand. Having access to a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board was a massive bonus.

Review 23:No washing machine in appartment. Though i didn't want to do any laundry I ended up doing this twice. There's one on the same floor though.

Review 24:Apartments were very nice. We had a two bedroom apartment upstairs, which was a duplex with a balcony. The best part for us was that the living room was upstairs and both bedrooms downstairs, so when the kids were jumping in the living area there weren't any neighbours downstairs. They have a "garage" which is used to drop off luggage which is great. To park they have a reasonable deal with a parking garage a few minutes away.

Review 25:weve stayed in many apartments this would be up there with the best great kitchen with utensils bed and shower upstairs with outside balcony very well equipped in beautifully restored building

Review 26:Modern design and cleanliness Good location and easy access to sherry bodegas and centro Helpful staff with parking Washing facilities
