Review 1：breakfast area is quite small and was really busy in the morning. I was glad I did not pre-book breakfast.

Review 8：Staff couldn't have been more helpful in trying to supply us with a non smoking twin room. He showed us 2 smoking rooms that were perfect then returned to offer a non smoking cancellation. Couldn't have been more helpful. Good English spoken. Fridge available for guests, very useful. Lovely 'potato' restraint opposite with a 10% discount for guests. Will definitely stay there again.
Review 9：Hopeless sound insulation, thought other guests were in our room at times. Everything very basic, no luxuries. The old saying 'you get what you pay for' certainly applies here, it was cheap. Would rather pay a bit more and will next time.

Review 19：What a lovely hotel, good size room, fairly new building, quite clean. The size of the room is quite good and they've separated the shower from the w.c. And the wash hand basin, very good idea indeed. The staff are welcoming and they even have a fridge in the foyer for the guests to use

I do not like giving detailed personal information just to use a service that is meant to be part of the deal. I am suspicious about where this ends up and whether it is legal.
