Hotel Bergwelt sells fast on our site. Located in the Ötz Valley, a 5-minute drive from the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa and the centre of Längenfeld, Hotel Bergwelt offers a sun terrace with panoramic mountain views. The heated indoor pool features a counter-flow swimming system and hot tub.
Rooms offer a private balcony and a seating area with a minibar and satellite TV. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in every room.
Set around a stylish lounge room, the spa offers an infrared cabin, steam room and sauna. Candle-lit swimming evenings are organised every week at the pool area, where guests receive a free glass of prosecco. The spa has direct access to the garden, where sun loungers are provided in the summer.
Themed buffet dinners are organised at the restaurant, which features elaborate carved-wood ceilings and traditional wooden furniture.
The Sölden ski resort is 9.3 miles away, or 20 minutes on the free ski bus which stops opposite the hotel. The Bergwelt is 12.4 miles from Ötztal Train Station, and Innsbruck Airport is 40.4 miles away.
From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.
From July to November, the Thermen Plus Card is included in the rate for the guests staying in the main building of the hotel. This card includes 1 free admission to the Aqua Dome Thermal Spa.

Review 1：Lack of soap both in bathroom and shower. The hotel flies four stars so take it as disadvantage. Same with coffee machine - cheapest overflow unit. Limited number of kitchen utensils which makes using dishwasher questionable.

Review 6：We enjoyed all about our stay in the Hotel Bergwelt. From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the comfortable rooms to the great four course dinner menu which was always served with a smile. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting the Otztal valley, it is a great base to discover the area and the Otztal Premium Card was an added bonus. We will return.

Review 7：Sauna can get crowded and sometimes there's a bit of noise from adjacent rooms.

Review 8：Staff is super friendly, but what really makes the difference is the food - it's basically eating in an excellent restaurant every evening. Lots of variety even for vegetarians, nicely presented, proper quantities, and always very tasty.

Review 11：We diddnt like our first room because it wasn't a true suit and was missing a door to separate rooms so we upgraded for a few extra euro but that was minimum hassle . The candle light swimming had no candles.

Review 13：the hotel was excellent, easy to find on the road, modern rooms with balconies, lovely views, hotel restaurant food was good and staff super friendly and efficient. its about 3 mins drive from centre of Langenfeld and Aqua Dome and they include access as part of the price of the hotel and the Otztal card was great for free buses up the mountain and cable cars free to the top of the glacier. Langenfeld was about 26 degrees warm being lower down the valley and is lovely and quaint. Solden is a bigger and perhaps more lively but its a narrower part of the valley so feels more of a ski resort.

Review 41：Very loud. Directly situated at the main street (Bundesstraße 186) which means traffic noise all day and night long. Low on comfort, poor (and not enough) food - the food plan said "6 course menu" - in fact it was a "4 course" consisting of: a half of a tomato, a thin slice of a carrot, a small soup, 100 grams of fish (the said it´s salmon, but it wasn´t), ice cream . Everything is very small, e.g. the pool, the sauna or the outdoor space.

Review 45：Very spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and calm location. The ski bus to Sölden stops right next to the hotel, so if you're more into skiing than after ski, this is the place for you! Excellent wellness area for relaxing after the day on the slopes. Good breakfast and dinner.

Review 49：The junior suite was well sized, quiet, clean and warm. The spa area is good for apres-ski, though the swimming pool is quite small. Food was excellent, a high point of our stay. I appreciated the early breakfast and dinner- this is very important when having other things to do during the day. The serving was very efficient!

Review 50：No shampoo, shower and soap. Cleaning room is very bed. Trash and crumbs on the floor because cleaning service didn't clean it during the week. Don't clean your delicate clothes in laundry service.

Review 55：Very cold in the rooms during the night even though the weatherwasn't too cold - heat was being turned off at some point during thenight and then turned back on towards the morning. The pillows andblankets were quite small so this adds up to the previous point.Waitresses were lacking basic command of English and one of them wasrude. Even though we weren't there for watching tv the device itselfwas mounted on top of the bed, facing our feet (?!?!).
