Waterview Deluxe Apartments sells fast on our site. The modern Waterview Deluxe Apartments are set on Barrow-on-Furness’ waterfront, less than a mile from the Dock Museum and town centre. The apartments opened in March 2014, and feature free Wi-Fi and free parking.
Each modern apartment at Waterview has stylish décor and a lounge with a TV and a sofa. There is a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, oven and a washing machine.
Pubs and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area.

Review 1：Our room is very aesthetically pleasing while meeting the comfortable aspects that we expect. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for those who are seeking comfortable place to stay. Not to forget, the rate is very reasonable!
Review 2：The wi-fi wasn't working most of the time. This is the only problem that we had but a big problem in today's world. Other than this, everything was just excellent.

Review 22：The comfort of the apartment, furnished to a high standard & well thought out, if you are staying in Barrow in Furness self catering this is our second stay now beats all the others.
Review 23：The apartment was way too warm. It was about 17 degrees outside, the heating wasn't on but even the kids complained about how hot it was in the apartment. The bedrooms are downstairs with no windows or ventilation, mixed with an uncomfortable bed made for a very bad nights sleep!

Review 25：The apartment felt a little claustrophobic as there were no windows in the kitchen or hallway. The bed felt extremely small. I am not sure if this is because we have a king-size bed at home but my husband's feet were hanging over the edge and it was very "cosy"! The apartment is next to a double glazing factory, a calor gas supplier and is near a busy road so it could be extremely noisy. This also stopped us from having the window open, even though the room was very warm.
Review 26：The Lady who greeted us was really lovely, very welcoming and informative. The apartment we stayed in (number 4) was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It was well situated for where we needed to go. There were lots of towels provided. The shower and bath were excellent. On-site parking. Near a nice Italian restaurant (Francesca's @ The Majestic Hotel).
Review 27：The apartment was simply perfect! Fantastic amount of space and fab location! We opted for the 2bed with all singles so we could have a 'girly room' and a 'guys room'. With 2 children... a girl 17 and a boy 8 this was perfect for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Denise was lovely too on reception and you are pretty much left to come and go as you please! Definitely recommend the South Lakes Zoo as only 6 miles away and Francescas Italians over the road! Oh and Nice and Spicy takeaway yummm (theres a leaflet in the room)! Perfect!

Review 38：This location is good for a family to stay. The facilities were good and it's value for money. I drove to the location on my own and couldn't find at first, but when i called the office the staff was very helpful and guided me to the place.

Review 50：The location was dreadful. A very built up area with noisy roads and a view of a demolished building, car park and rooftops on one side and a tower block on the other side. There is a small view of water from the windows on one side but nothing special and we were very dissappointed with the location given the title of the apartments. Not the image it conjured up. A sheet, quilt cover and pillow were stained but on request these were changed. Personally we would not choose this apartment again.
Review 51：The apartment is quite large with an en suite and a good sized bathroom and a good lounge and kitchen with a large tv. Ideal for larger families or groups.
Review 52：We were given a ground floor apartment facing carpark. The noise from apartment above us, footsteps in the corridor above us and the door slamming were unbearable. Very poor self catering facilities and poor wifi signal didn't help at all.

Review 75：What's not to like? Apartment 9 is a beautiful apartment with a massive open plan kitchen/living room space. It just looked amazing when we decorated it with a tree and lights at Christmas time and again just as fab when all decked out with a huge birthday banner and balloons for my partner's special day ;o> The staff are always so very friendly and helpful and the building is also so very convenient for any daily wanders into the shopping centre and to the nearest large shops and supermarkets as well. Thank you for yet another excellent stay...x

Review 78：The kitchen area was just missing a few essentials that are needed by the more dedicated self-caterer & regular cook as I am myself - but they were very quickly & so willingly provided when they were asked for. A large mirror in the bedroom as well as the hallway - perhaps one fastened up discreetly inside the huge walk-in wardrobe or attached to the inside of one of the doors would have been extremely useful. And some spotlights inside of the actual wardrobe would be nice as well as ours was so wonderfully big & yet also always in the shadows & so it was very dark.
Review 79：The almost in the town centre location with a large Morrisons & a very large Tesco barely just a few minutes walk away was just ideal for someone with rather limited mobility issues like myself. Yes, there is no lift & also a lot of stairs throughout the whole of the large building - however I personally felt that the lower floors nearest to Reception Area level had a quite acceptable number of stairs for me. The staff also kindly & willingly took a great deal of care & extra time to make absolutely sure that I would be able to manage during my stay as well. The spotlessly clean rooms were so generously proportioned & furnished to a very simple yet high standard & that really made staying here to be such a pleasure. The high quality kitchen area was well thought out & so all of my catering for special meals over Christmas time was thankfully both an easy & extremely enjoyable experience as well. I found the welcome inclusion of a really good Washer/Dryer to be very useful indeed. All the staff without any exceptions were very friendly & helpful & it felt like nothing was too much trouble for them when asked for anything. Extra coat hangers, more bedding & towels, another pan set & even an extra oven rack were all quickly sourced & then delivered to our door within just hours of us asking if they might be possible. The apartment looked so amazing when we set up our tree and lights - it really all made our Christmas to be such an extra special treat for the two of us. Thank you...x
Review 80：There were a lot of stair to get to the top floor and that is a disadvantage if you have a lot of bag to carry. Also the wife was really poor and only was available in the living room not in any of the bedrooms.

Review 97：We were woken early quite often by the business next door but as we were on vacation we used it to get us out of bed and off sight-seeing! Parking options extremely limited which was frustrating at times. The narrow stairs and no lift to get your luggage up. Taking a week to fix the shower screen, so it was bath only the whole 7 days we were there. No fans or cooling - there were some warm days! Cooking utensils were a bit cheap and flimsy, we had to supplement them, but were happy to do so in exchange for having a great little kitchen to use.
Review 98：My niece, daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our little apartment and were reluctant to leave. It really felt like home. Super comfortable facilities. Good money saver to have a kitchen and prepare your own meals, do your own washing. Brilliant spot to use as a cost effective base for exploring a stunningly beautiful part of England, including - but not limited to - the lakes district. Walking distance to town for shopping. Big supermarket across the road (from the back parking). Brilliant internet in our apartment because the booster was there.
