Reviews for L' Abbaye Hôtel

Review 1:We have stayed several times and enjoy staying there but the rooms have become a little run down and need a make over particularly the floor coverings

Review 2:Pool party one afternoon was rather loud, and seemed to be one of the owners. If that was a more frequent occurrence it could impact on the nice tranquil atmosphere of L'Abbaye

Review 3:Excellent restaurant, good afternoon service for drinks and snacks by the pool. Great place for adults - keep it that way. Very attentive owner manager and staff.

Review 4:Old mquettes on The floor

Review 5:Architetture, resturatin, contemporary art collection

Review 6:No showers. Only baths.

Review 7:Location, architecture and restaurant.

Review 8:The stair well up to the room had a plastic/off-gassing kind of smell. Maybe the carpet was brand new?

Review 9:The hotel has an old abbey/chapel which you can use for meditation. It is located across the street from the town center, where you can eat both budget friendly and gourmet. The town is lively at night with markets and music. Free parking/wifi/pool towels. The pool area is gorgeous and tranquil.

Review 10:There was a slight odor, most likely from the flooring that was used andhad moisture. The interior design (rooms) was odd all black almost70's look, in a very beautiful old abbey. Outside was better and abeautiful environment. Breakfast was not worth the 11 euros...not eveneggs just a continental breakfast good but for 11 euros???

Review 11:The surrounds and the outside was delightful. The pool was well kept andlarge and tastefully decorated. The staff was helpful, even though oneday the reception was closed with nobody after6pm. An odd system

Review 12:no one told us the hotel closes on Mondays. We returned the key in the morning and returned at 8pm to find a locked up hotel. There are no restaurants in the area except for a pizza place.

Review 13:the hotel has charm and the view from our room was nice. The hotel's restaurant is good - interesting and creative cuisine, but the service is a problem.

Review 14:Friendly owner, good restaurant and nicely decorated charming hotel with a nice pool.
