Review 1：There was no refrigerator in our room though every other room had one. They offered to change our room or store our food in the reception desk refrigerator so I think the problem was solved.
Review 2：The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was very good, clean and warm. The bathroom was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable. My kids loved the aquarium in the reception! The metro is very close.
Review 3：Not the best area, but only 100 meters from the metro which goes directly into Paris centre. Assistance from the receptionist in understanding the metro, and a map would have been nice.

Review 5：we were booked for hotel france (3-star) but on reaching the place they re-directed us to another hotel " france 2" due to unavailability of rooms which was mentioned as a 2-star but was of quite low quality. Also we had to pay the same amount which was initially asked for a 3-star through booking.com. Not at all recommended! Poor quality, poor service.

Review 7：I was concerned after reading some reviews but I found the staff friendly and helpful! The room was clean and warm - possibly the only downside was the lack of a shower curtain! It is literally 200m from the metro which takes you straight to le louvre etc.
Review 8：The owner was very rude! We couldn't find our key and he said to us the f word.Unacceptable!! The hotels in that area are very expensive(of that they offer) because they are close to the hospital. They are very sure that they are fully booked all over the year so they don't care of being nice to customers. We unfortunatelly stay there because we must visit the hospital every 3 months.

Review 12：Immaculately clean room and bathroom. Spacious room and bathroom. Five minute walk from the metro. Quiet if on the side not facing the road. Comfortable beds. Good price. Nice bakeries nearby in quiet, suburban Villejuif. Wi-fi included.
Review 13：Room was in need of updating(poor decor & beds, knobs missing off cupboards, only 4 hangers but no rail, holes in curtains). Bathroom, where to start!. Toilet leaked onto the floor, towels were grey, thin & had holes in them. No toiletries, no hairdryer and not available at reception. No shower curtain so room flooded. Television reception awful or non-existant and no wi-fi in room despite it being advertised. Coach trips seemed to be major source of guests so very noisy, together with trafffic noise from main road that our room overlooked. If this hotel warrants a 3-star rating, maybe the rating system needs looking at. I've stayed in much better 2-star hotels (Ibis, for example).
Review 14：Price & location - The hotel was cheap for Paris and it was well placed for Metro, trams etc. Centre of Paris easily accessible. Also an unexpected fridge in the room.

To top it off the beadhad bugs in it. If it hadn't been midnight already I would havelooked for somewhere else to stay. The breakfast btw consisted of acroissant, a piece of baguette, too little jam and butter and weakinstant coffee.
