Review 1：All facilities closed. The place (both the hotel and the area) was sort of deserted. And this in the first week of September. Not really value for the money. The hotel is over rated and accordingly the price per night is way up in the sky. You get hardly nothing for what you pay. In the advertising you get the impression there are a lot of things happening. That was not the case.

Review 2：Nice staff. The sun terrace on the roof with the small pool. The free spirit.

Review 5：Excellent attitude of one staff member ruined by completely unhelpful attitude of another. Refused to allow check-in before 3 pm, and even then were obstructive.

Review 6：Room #105 shower began emitting urine and excrement smells every time the upper floor hotel room toilets were flushed. It was nasty to the point of nausea.

Review 12：Almost everything. Very comfortable room, excellent design and nice view. SPA with hammam, Jacuzzi on the roof with a bar makes this hotel the one of the best places. Helpful e multilanguage speaking stuff.

Review 40：The hotel chaged my card 3 weeks in advance with 30%. Since I could not see the hotel name on the bank message, but another name (California Guest) - I had to block and reissue the card. The investigation had shown that the charge was from Ozz Inn. To spare the guests for doing that the hotel could mention that the charge would be made from different company.

Review 41：It's probably not the hotel's fault but the atmosphere was kind of quiet. There were not a lot of other people around and the rooftop bar was pretty dead.

Review 42：Clean and comfortable room and hotel. Very quiet. facilities were very nice including the solarium. Staff was excellent. They allowed us to use the solarium when we arrived early and held out bags the day we checked out. Staff member even brought our car around and loaded our bags.

Review 43：We had "a room with a smell" and this was known by the staff. It seems this problem is present for some time already. Perhaps not all rooms?
