All self-catering apartments feature a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and dryer. There is a stylish and an open plan dining area.

Review 1：Apartments bit further out of town than we expected not good access for wheel chair.. rooms were spotless but felt some warmth could be added i.e. curtains, pictures, floor rug.. view of carpark when I had given notice we would like a water view.

Review 10：Very comfortable, all the things needed for cooking if u want to. Town 5 minutes away, plenty of shops and of course the people of Enniskillen ever kind and wellcoming.
Review 11：Were downstairs, no view as seen online when I booked. 2 x two-seater sofas although the apartment was to sleep six. Not as seen online. No pictures at all throughout, very unfinished look about this apartment, No 12. No nice finishing touches in bedroom as seen online. Beds very uncomfortable although deep mattresses, very hard.

Review 13：Accommodation was excellent but it is not clear where the location is. It is very confusing that you have to collect keys at the hotel Which is not near the appartments. You have to check out at 10:30am which is very early. They are not even called westville they are called waterside appartments.

Review 17：Unfortunately the apartment we got had a view over the bin area and car park. We were on the second floor with an apartment below and above which was extremely noisy constant banging of doors and in particular the apartment above partied to the early hours of the morning and appeared to have in excess of numbers allowed. We had paid to stay 3 nights and opted to go home a day early as little sleep and when I contacted the staff they were unable to change us for the remaining evening. They were very apologetic but no refund as we choose to leave.

Review 19：No breadboard/chopping board and no dishes for the microwave, only one plastic bowl. The minimum of crockery and cutlery so uneconomical for dishwasher use. A few cushions and lamp in the lounge area would have made it more cosy.

Review 24：There was several spiders webs in the lving area with dead flies attached which looked like they had been there a while. There was no tin opener in the kitchen not major but would have been useful. Also you couldnt pick up wi-fi in the living area or the bedrooms so you had to stand beside the router in the hall to pick up the wi-fi. When we looked in the storage cupboard there was other duvets but they were covered in stains, not nice and got us wondering what was on the one we were using!

The facilities were second to none, the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will definitely recommend these apartments and will most definitely be back in the near future.

No fault of the Hotel/Apartment at all, just a lack ofinformation supplied by Booking.com that spoilt a whole day and night ofour trip. I will be making a complaint.

Review 36：It was very spacious. Both rooms had enough space and the beds were I guess 2x 90 cm so very comfortable. The drive to the town Center was just 5 minutes so perfect. We liked the big Super Valu supermarket.

Was expecting to be able to access lake at apartments to fish and was unable. Doors closed automatically and unable to hear when someone was at entrance door. Door bells needed for apartment and a way to keep interior doors open. Unable to access apartment at parking level so necessary to carry baggage up and down steps.

Review 39：The location was like an apartment complex, but more like a college dormitory. It was loud with the windows open. The couch was DISGUSTING. Naugahyde that was totally coming off the backing, ripped and questionable. I would not sit on it. Not a great location and all we could see was the parking lot.

Review 51：The twin bedroom was a bit on the small side so there wasn't much room for the cases also there was no room for a chair. The main problem with the room was that the plug sockets were in the wrong place, we did manage to move the furniture so that both beds had a bed side table but only one had a bed side lamp due to the lack of an appropriately placed socket.

Review 53：This is the second time I've stayed here with 2 more visits booked this year. It is fabulous, so clean and comfortable and centrally located. The staff at the westville hotel on key collection are extremely friendly and helpful.
Review 54：Sofas were a bit worn but still comfortable enough, check in is from 4pm but check out is by 10.30am which can be a bit of a push with small chickdren and you have to drive to other side of town to drop keys back, can take a while on a busy day.
Review 55：I travelled with my husband, 8 year old,2year old, 7 month old, sister and mum. Plenty of room for all of us, master room still had ample space even with travel cot in it. Had everything we needed for our weekend break. Within walking distance to town centre.

Review 64：Very modern kitchen but utensils and crockery were minimal. A chopping board, scissors and extra plates, cups would have been a big bonus. Living room decor was tired and a little haphazard. We had booked an apartment for 5 people yet there was sitting area for 4 people only. Small oversights which easily could be fixed with some effort.

Review 75：While these apartments are very new...the beds are like boards - very hard and low quality. There isn't any utensils for cooking and as the previous guests have stated there are no pictures or ornaments to make the place look homely, its very stark and bare. **BEWARE** the WIFI (as previous guests have also stated) is extremely hit and miss! VERY POOR MOBILE RECEPTION and you only get 2 or 3 TV channels that work AS AGAIN RECEPTION IS VERY VERY POOR. If you don't intend to watch TV or use your phone or laptop and you dont mind hard mattress' then this place may be for you. i think personally there is better places to stay in and around Enniskillen for the money.

Review 82：We only were given one set of keys between the four of us. Awkward if we wanted to do different things. Checking-in/out was in Westville Hotel on the other side of the busy town. Remember to keep a reserve of £200 on your credit card to cover the breakage deposit.
Review 83：We had an apartment with 3 double bedrooms (up to 6 people) and everything necessary for a very comfortable stay. Well equipped and spotless. We found this a very cheap alternative to staying in hotels/B&Bs with a little bit of luxury added in. Within walking distance to Enniskillen.

Ground floor apartment had no outlook as living area and main bedroom looked out to entrance and stairs to car park - we had to leave the blinds closed all the time. Smokers standing outside our living area windows. Heavy self closing internal doors that separated you from every other room in the apartment and left you feeling closed in. Apartment seemed very sterile as there was no decoration.

Review 98：As accommodation with children, it was not brilliant. With all the fire doors to each room, it meant I was constantly worrying about them trapping their fingers and there was lots of banging from all the heavy shutting. You can hear other peoples' doors banging too. The double beds, although wonderfully big and nicely made up, had very hard mattresses and the pillows were uncomfortable. The kitchen is large and is great for cooking in, with: dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, but we thought it could have done with some mugs and proper cereal bowls, as the crockery I think was from the hotel. The Wifi being installed by the door meant that it was often hard to get a good signal in the sitting room, and the TV constantly has poor signal in the flat we were in, so whilst watching, it would periodically cut out. This was annoying when watching films. There was no hairdryer, which I thought was bad; but reception told me it was because people kept stealing them! It is a great looking place, but I think for the money, it could have more attention to detail put into the visitor experience. Not really a family apartment, but I should have done more research about that I suppose. There was no welcome pack which apparently we should have got, which might have helped me work out how to use the washing machine! I am sure lots of people would find it a fine place, I think with children one often has different criteria, so don't be put off by my review if you are looking for a fun place to stay without kids.
Review 99：It was very clean, the quality of the furnishings was quite high and the location for visiting the area was good. I think for couples/older children it is a smart, central place to stay.

Review 104：Although the apartments have an elevator there are two flights of concrete steps to descend from car park. No hair dryer was told this is because it might get stolen which gives impression normal clientele undesirable. Lots of kitchen cupboards but hardly any crockery/cutlery/saucepans etc only one socket in twin room which was down side of bed not even at dressing table and no bedside lamps.
