Review 1：Very small rooms, but functional, just don't bring a large suitcase as it might not fit

Review 5：Building is old and only the rooms have been renovated. Breakfast was ok but very basic. Rooms are very warm ... impossible to sleep with closed windows. Most of the rooms are located near the street side so light sleepers better bring earplugs because street noise is inevitable. Parking space in the garage is expensive ... 18 eur per night!

Review 13：Hotel was quite basic. Stairs were a little dangerous especially for elderly people. Break fast was poor. No attention to detail.

Review 14：Liked location to the metro. restaurants and bars within the area were extremely good value. It is a busy location with a lot of people around either living in the area or doing business there.

Review 18：Poor wifi in the room. The hotel itself is old and outdated and should get some refurbishment. Therefore the price they are asking is to high. We could even here our upper neighbours. We had almost COLD water in the shower, explanation from the staff was that probably a lot of people where having a shower at the same time...this should not happen in such a hotel. Breakfast room is old and way to small for the number of guests that are having breakfast, therefore tables have to be shared.

Review 26：There isn't air conditioning but I don't think it is really needed. We were out of the room during the day when it was hot outside and in the evening we left the windows open to enjoy the fresh air and nice breeze. It was very comfortable for us even in July without the air conditioning.

Review 27：The hotel is located very close to a metro stop making it easy to get around Paris. The neighborhood was diverse and seemed reasonably safe. The staff was extremely friendly at all hours. They spoke English and were very patient as well with my poor French language skills. The hotel was clean and guest rooms were spacious and in good condition.

Review 34：The bed was tiny, the hotel was very dated and the room wasn't very quiet. I repeat the the staff on the Friday night was totally incompetent. On an occasion when I returned to the hotel, my card, for whatever reason, didn't open the main hotel door. I was made to wait outside for at least 10 minutes ringing the door bell before finally another 2 residents arrived to let me in. I was offered no apology by the staff as if it was somehow my fault that they couldn't be bothered to be where they were paid to be - manning the desk. So amateurish and shockingly poor service.
