Review 1：I only hoped the hotel was equipped with a fitness room, otherwise, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 2：I liked the location of the hotel in the charming suburb of Villejuif. It's only a short drive away from the Eiffel Tower. The area is safe, quiet and perfect for families and those who wish to relax from the hustle and bustle of downtown Paris. The room was fully equipped with all utensils for the kitchen and the balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was an additional charm. Also, the hotel is near a Carrefour hypermarket, which is a major advantage, especially for those travelling with children.

Review 3：the person at the reception was not very friendly, the carpet was dirty, there was a steady aircondition going on I could not regulate. Inflexibel service bad smell in the room. Fungus in the shower

Review 9：Not clean, not enough bedding. It was a three sleep but only had one coffee mug and two glasses. No kettle and no hairdryer. Only cleaned out the bin but did not wash dishes. Had a smoke alarm that when off twice for very long late at night and very early in the morning.

Regarding the cleaning situation they need more improuvement because you can find dust around the room and others things who shuld'n be in the room. Carpet need to be was at least 2 times a year.

Review 17：The locations is a little complicated, no good place to have dinner around and also the public transport access is a little limited. The wifi was not fast enough, it was hard to access email and other simple webpages. So if you need wifi to do some work (my situation) you will have a bad time :/

Review 22：Nice rooms especially the bathroom. The corridor could do with a bit of paint and the carpet really needs changing. I would have scored it higher but the corridor is very deceiving. The cost of the breakfast is too high.

Review 23：The location is a bit far from the city centre, however, bus 162 regularly passes that hotel and can bring you to the city. Walking is a good idea but it will tale 20 ro 15 minutes. There is no convenient store nearby so I suggest to bring/buy food whenever youre at the city.

Review 24：Affordable price for a decent hotel. Staff tried to speak English and so we understood each other. There was a lady staff who lend us a charger at the middle of the night (Thanks to her!) The room was well kept and cleaned everyday. Cannot be faulted. The surrounding was quiet and solidary. Near to Orly Airport about one train stop away from the nearest tram station that will bring you to the airport.

Review 27：On arrival we found what seemed to be stool stains on the bed sheets, we went to reception to inform the staff and ask for more bedding and his reaction was to simply tell us "all the rooms are full we have no more rooms" to which we explained we were just asking for bedding. He then proceeded to ask us to follow him and then he simply gave us new sheets and we then had to make our own bed. There was only one pillow per person and the quality of the pillow was simply shocking. We then noticed we had only been given one small towel and one large towel. We had booked a triple person room. We then had to ask for more towels and the ones given to us had holes in and old make up marks on them. The room was not a three person room, it seemed as though the third bed had simply been put in there for our stay to accommodate the third person. We stayed for four nights and the sheets were not changed once. The floor was never hoovered and in one instance a 2p was simply pushed under the bed instead of being picked up. The bathroom was not cleaned on any day and we came back to stains in the sink each day. When the towels were replaced we were not given a sufficient amount again. On one occasion when we asked for more towels we were simply told no. On one day we were not given any toilet roll and therefore (yet again) had to go to reception to ask for items that should have been avaible without question. This was easily the worst place I have ever stayed. We will not be returning. Ever.

Review 32：I dont like the wifi ( internet connection) not even youtube plays with this connection at night which was the biggest dissapointment , cleanliness was average not so good.

Review 34：The location. I need to commute to Paris and it is a 20 minute walk to the Metro. Having said that, the walk is just a walk. It's not dangerous or ugly.

Review 35：The room is very nice. Lighting great, little kitchenette well stocked with decent tools, proper bath and good fittings. The bed seems slightly bigger than I am used to in hotels and was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit lumpy and thin. Internet excellent.

Review 36：No kettle in the room and were told to use the microwave but there was no containers suitable for the microwave. There were 2 saucepans available for use on the hot plates. An iron was made available on request but no ironing board. It is stated that the cleaning of the dishes are the guests responsibility, but no tea towel and none could be provided, there was no soap for washing dishes or for the dishwasher.

Review 38：The rooms were dirty and smelt bad. did not get the disabled room i requested for. the tv remove did not work could not change the channels. the shower cap was broken and being disabled could not use it. insects in the bathroom. when asked for facilitied was told we cannot help. did not even have a first aid box. room location was terrible given the view of a dump yard. Asked for rooms next door to each other got them 2 floors appart.

Review 39：Went to check into this hotel and they had lost our booking, even though we e-mailed the day before to let them know that we where coming. We where then put into a room with 2 single beds (we where on our wedding anniversary), the gentleman on the desk said to come back the next day and he will sort it. Went back the next day and nothing had been done and we had to stay in the same room again. was final moved on our 3rd day there. Housekeeping made mistakes everyday with our room, forgot toilet paper, towels in was just a mess. When we went to the front desk (everyday to let them know) they acted like the whole thing was our fault and they did not care. Would never stay here or recommend this as a place to stay, was a let down and a great way to ruin the start of our holiday

Review 85：Because there are many Arabs who are visiting Gustave Roussy and staying at Villa Bellagio, I suggest that you take into consideration putting some Arabic channels in the room's television such as Aljazeera, Alarabia, MBC channels... etc, it would really add great value to the place, especially for Arab people obviously. I wouldn't say: " what didn't you like? " instead, I would write: What would you recommend / suggest to make our place more enjoyable? Don't you agree?☺️

Review 86：I liked the fact that this place is very close to the hospital which my mother is receiving medical treatment in. Also, it's very quiet, which is a great advantage to the place. Something to have in mind also is to make a small business center to your residents where they can execute all their office work such as sending and receiving faxes, printing, scanning, sending and receiving emails, photocopying...etc. In addition, I'm not sure if there is courier service around or not; I mean shipping companies such as DHL or FedEx.

Just arrived we were given the room, dirty from the people who had previously occupied and then the last day we came back and found the bedroom door open. The lady of the pulzie has left open after cleaning, fortunately no one has emptied the room, the staff almost indifferent. Poor cleaning.

Review 103：The receptionist was a bit rude. I told her I have reservation and she just dismissed me. Only when I brought my laptop to show her my reservation, she suddenly discovered my booking ... which was on the paper siting in front of her. My name was on the second position.

We were supposed to have free Wi-fi, however it only worked for one day after we got there, after that there was no more wi-fi for the remaining 3 nights. We approached the different receptionists (3) on 5 different occasions to get the wi-fi working, but the only answer we got was a shoulder lift and sorry, and one of the men got angry on us for asking, saying the wi-fi was for free anyway and we did not pay for it! The toilet paper was not replaced for 2 days until the roll was completely run out. One one soap was supplied at the beginning for the 2 of us for 4 days of stay. Location was terrible, far from city centre, we had to use a bus and metro to get to the city. One morning the bus (162 number) approached the bus stop where 10 people were waiting, slowed down then took off without stopping while there were only a handful of passengers inside, so we all had to wait another half and hour for the next bus to come. Other bus drivers not helpful at all also. Would not recommend this hotel, stuff at reception very rude, people like this do not deserve to have a business in the first place, if they are not willing to serve the clients then should not run a business at all.

Excellent!! lovely size...bedroom great ( bed very hard but good) the bathroom huge and fabulous bath, shower. Fantastic kitchinette..we read other reviews and asked for 3 floors up and at the back off road which was quiet.great to offer enclosed secure parking though if you do have a car .. we also took a kettle as only a coffee percolator. dishwasher and fridge great.All looks new, daily maid and very very clean. There is a sort of restaurant, shop and boulangerie nearby but we didnt use. ( will put photo on later) But we walked to villejeuf ( took 15- 20 mins/ 1.2 km) and got take away pizza) we did have a car ( parking great but sometimes full if back late!) but parked outside on road. This is a great place to stay, staff did speak english and were helpful, great value for money.. But not near centre of Paris so definitely check out your location if havent car as unfortunately no metro near but taxis, walking and take away food all available. Would recommend. ( could see eiffel tower in distance when taking shower ) Room Tip: 3rd floor at back away from road ....
