Review 1：The room stank of cigarette, airing the room in the middle of winter didn't help though as it must be in the carpets. They say they don't allow smoking in the rooms but I don't believe that. Also the carpets need replacement, they were extremely aged and stained.

Review 2：Location is great, right by the metro and shops. Format of the room worked very nicely for us, we had the apartment with 1 bedroom.

Review 8：great service (we checked out at 11.00am but were allowed to park our car for free till 4:00pm; also gave me the internetpassword again after we checked out, so i could check our route on the internet; also we did latecheckin at 11pm and it wasnt a problem at all), friendly and very helpful stuff (free maps of paris and tipps), clean and comfy room (even with small dishwasher)

Review 9：Four out of 5 lights in the living room were not working, WiFi was dead from time to time, there was no service at all, and we received 2 roles of toilet paper for a whole week. There was no vacuum cleaner or a broom in the room. Shower handle was broken and the drain did not work if bathroom sink.

Review 11：The kitchen could include a few more pots for cooking and basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. The internet, although free was disconnecting frequently and required to re-log after every 5-10 minutes. It was also very slow.

On first day because of some mix up the apartment could not give us accommodation and were accommodated in a hotel nearby in two separate rooms which not only further added travel exhaustion but also upset our next day travel plans. Review 40：The staff is not nice at all = > the night reception guy was like a prison door & half asleep > the day reception lady was very unfriendly and did not care about our problems in the room The room was clean but with big stains on the carpet & rust on the heating. The bad door/curtain was missing so you would wet the complete room by showering, as a consequence the furniture was damaged We had already overnight there back in May 2014 and were very happy but this time is was a catastrophe and we won't go again.

Review 56：It was a bit quiet out and about, there were a couple of restaurants and bars locally but there was also a lot shut, so bit of a pain - no reflection on the place though! For the sake of 10 mins on the metro, go to Place de Clichy, masses going on there and lovely atmosphere. I noted others' comments about room cleanliness and agree not spotless but really nothing worth making a fuss about - have stayed placed where bedding and towels distinctly dubious but not the case here and wouldn't put us off staying again. A downside was that the room was quite hot - we did have a lovely door which opened out to look onto the courtyard at the back but it bonked up against the bed, so didn't open fully and no aircon, so pretty toasty at night but I am clutching at straws really, as again, not exactly a big deal. Think it is just well-used and would be ideal for people working in the city during the week etc.

Review 57：The staff were lovely, really helpful and note that the reception was open 24hours, although the booking confirmation says there are closed periods. Location was really good, only 2 ticks from the metro station with easy links everywhere and a decent supermarket just downstairs. We were in a studio and the room was big enough for 2 comfortably, good size (lots of wardrobe room) and nice bathroom with bath and shower-over, plus having a fridge and kitchenette was a good idea. Saw some other comments re wi-fi access and yes, there is wired in the room but we spoke to reception and got a little hotspot gadget for free. All worked fine and hubby was happy! We've stayed all over Paris and always a bit of finding a compromise with cost, location, a bit of quiet so can sleep and this was as good as anywhere, sure we'd stay here again, did everything we needed it to.

Review 60：I had booked three apartments. We got there in Paris about ten in the morning and were able to park there. I had a total of twelve people in our group. I talked to the people at the front desk when we arrived. We left our cars there and went out on a day of sightseeing. About six that evening we were on our way back to the apartments and just gotten off the underground when I received an email stating that they had over booked us and had to move us to their sister apartments across town. Remember I had twelve people ranging in age from 3 to 58. There were six children who were hungry and tiered and some adult the same way. Why didn't they tell me that morning or say something when we parked our cars there? I would not stay there again. And the other apartments were so dirty as well.

Review 116：The don't clean the room, or take out the garbage, in the entire week we stayed there. Most of the afternoon staff is rude. They don't even asked for the payment mode (they just charge the whole amount to the reservation credit card). The equipment of the small kitchen was not very good or complete (for instance the was no appliance to make coffee or tea). The bathroom floor get wet every time you have a shower because the glass curtain was not big enough.

Review 117：I liked the proximity to the metro and the to a supermarket. I think is a good way to have the breakfast you desire in your room, at least I found that very comfortable. The furniture in the room was adequate. The price during the winter season was ok but I don't think it worth more than that.
