Review 1：Well, tea making facilities would have been the cherry on the icing on the cake!

Review 2：Everything! Once found, we realised what a diamond we had unearthed. A few minutes walk from Gallipoli Metro therefore just 15-20 minutes from all the sites of Paris. Brilliant value, smart (if spartan) new hotel. Best budget overnight stay in Paris for ages for 2 seasoned travellers. Comfy double bed was the size of a flat bed truck. Bravo!

Review 4：The lovely lady at the desk in the evenings was so helpful! She spoke wonderful English too. Her recommendations for eating and travelling were perfect and so valuable. The laundry was a great price. I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was available when we got there early which we didn't expect and didn't get charged for. The room was warm, clean and large!

Review 7：-No heating (with 10 degrees outside), the reception told us the main heating was switched off – set to cold and they couldn’t change it. When we requested for a hairdryer, proceeded to comment “are you going to warm up with this”, true comedians. They also proceeded to lie when I made an official complaint through booking, claiming that the heating was working properly, and that the room was supplied with blankets (no blankets were in the room) -Continuous wifi disconnects and slow internet access (the Ethernet socket in our room wasn’t working at all), the moment we specifically requested internet access in our room due to business obligations. -Rude staff – “Welcomed” with a “talk to the hand gesture”. Forgotten to resupply our room with toilet paper, with 2 people at the reception asked us to go get it ourselves. - Bad neighborhood, ghetto.

Review 9：The breakfast could be richer, but OK. We've heard dropping water from the air-condition in our room but this has been fixed immediately in the morning.

Review 10：The hotel facade is the nicest in the street line with beautiful white and modern shutters. The equipment is the same - very modern, clean and fresh. We came much earlier than supposed to during check-in time and the receptionist did well to handle this.

Review 11：If you come with a car (we did so) there is a public closed parking 200 m far - it is good but be careful to find your way out of or into the building.

Review 16：Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. The location is convenient for the metro, about a 3 minute walk from Marie de Saint Ouen on line 13. From here all of Paris is accessible on public transport. The value for money was excellent considering how expensive Paris can be.

Review 18：Un zone tranquil, a quiet zone. A good breakfast, not elaborate with very friendly service. It looks a bit industrial but that does not bother me. Good staff. Near to the Metro, Bus, RER.

Review 21：The hotel room was very cold (not physically but the feeling). It felt like we walked into a new flat (or hospital room) that was recently finished. Empty tables, shelfs, walls, no carpet. Not that we are interested in watching tv, but it would be nice to have at least one other speaking language besides French. English, German, Spanish? What is the point of having 30 French channels in an international hotel? But the most disappointing was the area of the hotel. It looked very dangerous and rough. If you are not planning to arrive to the hotel in the evening, you should be fine.

Review 23：Did not like :Guests who extend their stay are not treated the rightway. Staff should be happy that a guest is extending their stay as thismeans they like the hotel and it also means more revenue/money forthe hotel. They should even be offered discounts the longer they stay.Once a guest has requested an extended stay they should not be disturbedwith phonecalls and knocks on the door, unless they have put the note onthe door requesting housekeeping.No Wifi/internet , unless we sit near apartment/room exist door. Please correct this for room 321 if you can. Guests should never be given adjoining rooms unless they have requested this or you have informed them and they have agreed. You should always inform guests if allocated room has adjoining interior door to next room. They should know and decide if they wish to take the room.

Review 24：- Good beds and linen- bathrooms are clean - some staff members are professional and correct problems quickly.

Review 25：Being a vegetarian, I did not have much options on plate for the breakfast. I felt breakfast was not at all worth the cost taken along with accomodation. Instead you can have a stomach filling breakfast somewhere out at a common restaurant or stalls at a much lesser price.

Review 45：The fact that there is no sign outside to say it's a hotel and that we were queued for an hour and a half to book in. We along with the majority of the queue were there for a concert so time was important. They seemed to have lots of trouble with booking people in and then getting interrupted by others who had with trouble with electricity in their rooms.
