Review 1：No tea or coffee facility in the room. Maybe mix the breakfast menu a little more.

Bathroom needed a little updating however everything in good working order! 24 hour reception and lovely pool and jacuzzi area to relax in. Continental breakfast was good value indeed. We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay and would definitely return here again when visiting Palavas.

Review 15：Apart from one of the reception staff (who served us breakfast on our last day & had a lovely attitude), the remainder at reception, particularly the manager, were unfriendly, unprofessional & argumentative, in contrast to what we experienced at all of the other accommodation places we stayed at while travelling for several weeks in Europe. As well, there was problems with the return of laundry, & towels for the pool or beach were not available. In summary, the hotel was not a welcoming place.

Review 18：Staff are intelligent, communicative and charming - rien à dire! We liketo get up late and go out after 11am, but this never appeared to be aproblem for the room cleaning service. There is someone on reception24/7. The pool is small but private and the jacuzzi is fine.
