Review 1：Bed too soft and worn, causing bachaches Cleaning supplies, dirty and clean linens, and other housekeeping materials lined the main reception area and 6th floor entrance hallway daily from 9am-4pm.

Review 4：Private jaccuzzi on the terras. Large suite. Free and good functioning WIFI. Friendly and correct personnel. Right accross Bruyere telecabin.

Review 5：The evening restaurant service for half board guests was slow. Plenty of waiting staff but it seemed that the kitchen couldn't cope when busy. Need to be quicker at removing plates when finished and I shouldn't have to pour my own wine. Rest of the wine is pretty overpriced, averaging around 35 Euros. Need to re-stock breakfast items quicker in the morning. I had to warn staff that the egg boiler was spilling over one morning otherwise it would have been left to make a mess.

Review 6：Good sized rooms with lounge area and outside hot tub for personal use. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Plenty of storage space. Walk straight from hotel to Bruyeres Cable Car and then ski to door at end of the day. Excellent food, well presented and good variety. Convenient parking under cover for a charge. Excellent greeting on arrival and help with luggage. Quiet location but close to nearby shops and restaurants/bars.

Review 7：Wifi not great in the room but ok everywhere else. Nothing unusual for hotels that we have previously stayed in. Too much food!

Review 8：Great location 50 m from the gondola. Comfortable room with good amount of space and lovely lounge area. Good ski storage facilities and fab hot tub for end of ski day aches and pains! We were on HB and the food was great, varied, great quality and restaurant standard.would have been nice to be able to choose from the main menu though for a night of fewer courses.

Review 12：Very nice hotel - good appartment room with jacuzzi on the balcony!!! Hotel staff on reception was very kind and care us a lot. JSki room door is just few steps to ski lift - very convenient. Perfect restaurant. We took HB and expect simple dinner menu, but we got 4 change gastronomic menu with nice serving! Really Michelin level food quality. Our thanks to Chief!
