Review 1：Avoid the attic rooms with the sloping roof, particularly with your head.

Review 2：It was clean, the cost of food and drink was reasonable and the food was very good.

Review 3：Lay on a blood stained pillow all night resolved by manageress the following morning. Booking issues meaning a one nights stay else where. Food not to my taste but other travelers enjoyed the food. Creaking floorboards with other guests above moving about. Stayed for 5 weeks never had the same room twice but asked a week before I left if I would like this to happen.

Review 11：Would have preferred a shower over the bath. or a cubicle. Being elderly, getting in and out can be difficult. Should be 2 chairs in a room for 2. An extra chair was supplied on request. Food well cooked but not enough vegatables on offer.

Review 13：Some of the staff looked a bit unhappy. Also my room was cold, I got in bed to get warm. I phoned reception they said they'd boost the heating (heating wasn't even on and hadn't been on all afternoon). Heating still hadn't come on when I went out 90 minutes later. Heating was on when I returned at 11pm.

Review 14：The room size and quality was very good, it was also very quiet and plenty of free parking.

Review 15：Characterless . Window straight onto car park (no blinds). Central heating was not on so a bit cool.

We were extremely impressed with how clean the hotel was, our room was spotless and a cot was set up all clean and ready to use. The staff were amazing and extremely polite and helpful'

Review 23：Very clean very comfortable beds. Staff were lovely. We had a meal in there and it was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't fault anything. It's out the way enough to be quiet but not far from shops and main roads. We really enjoyed our stay

Review 29：The staff were obviously not equipped to handle a busy bank holiday weekend. Our breakfast took around 30-40 minutes to arrive, the order was incorrect, and then quickly changed for the correct order. Additionally, we noticed a number of problems with other guests orders. The breakfast was substandard and was meant to be £8 each! Not value for money, good job we didn't have to pay.

Review 41：After a trip to the zoo this was a perfect place to stay. Very good location. The staff were exceptional, they couldn't do enough for us especially the guy serving behind the bar. They provided toys for my 2 year old son to play with to keep him occupied. The room was spacious and was clean. Would definitely recommend this place.

Review 49：Hotel booking was arranged at very short notice late at night and we did not arrive until midnight- this proved no problem to the staff who were very helpful and had two family rooms all ready when we arrived. Very clean, very comfortable could not fault the hotel at all- would recommend

Review 53：We stayed at the Fairway hotel for 1 night with our 16 month old daughter. She got really poorly and unfortunately had a spell of sickness which happened to be over the bed as we were comforting her! Staff were brilliant; understanding and brought us clean sheet's immediately. We felt terrible about the situation but they made us feel at ease re-assuring us that these things happen making us feel better in this stressful situation. Great room and excellent food - again they accommodated us for an evening meal even though they were hosting a large family get together.

Review 57：This was a true family friendly hotel. On arrival they had already put a bed rail on the single bed for my little girl. The room was vlean and really spacious. The bed was so comfortable and had no problem getting extra pillows as I like a lot and use them to block the end if the bed to stop daughter wriggling down. Breakfast was good, we had a meal in the restaurant one night had the fish and chips which was amazing all completely home made you won't find any ready made meals here even the mushy peas where incredible. Also have to recommend the donuts for desert is worth telling the waitress when you order your meal you want them as they are completely freshly made so gives the chefs a bit if time to prepare them but to be honest I like a breather in between courses. Had a party at the hotel the other night we stayed which was in a beautiful purpose built function room the good again was fantastic. The hotel is not in the main town and you will need a car but you can take a nice walk down to the beach and explore the sand dunes just ask the staff for directions as you might not realise its 20 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed just sitting and relaxing in the hotel bar away from the chaos of town centres

Review 58：En-suite was bit tired and smelled a bit stale. The wc handle needed fixing, it did not work every time and sometimes needed several attempts to get the wc to flush. The dressing table/drawers has a gap at the rear. My wife's bag tipped over and one of her cosmetics disappeared down the bag. This was rectified quickly by the staff; they are not unfamiliar with the problem.

Review 59：Lovely location, very quiet. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Staff were excellent and quickly rectified the issue we had(see What we didn't like). The shower was excellent. Breakfast menu had plenty choice. The cooked breakfast choice was very good and freshly cooked.
