Review 1：The description of the rooms is incorrect there is only one appartment with a bath. I have told booking.com in Septemeber and its still not been changed. Very bad to allow a misdescription one the website.

Review 2：Reception has strange check-in check-out times: only at their convenience. E.g. not possible to check out when arriving between 1300 and 1500 hrs. Or leaving around 0800. Jacuzzi and pool to low temp.

Review 4：It is a condo as opposed to a hotel so if you arrive late, after 19:00 , the front desk is closed and you cannot check in. Also, when we ran out of toilet paper we were surprised we had to go buy our own. And finally maid service is an extra charge too.

Review 5：I enjoyed that the facility had an excellent gym , plenty of parking, and location was within walking distance to everything important

Review 6：The free WiFi worked only in the lobby which was still okay but it worked only about 20% of the time which was very annoying and angered many customers. The staff kept saying it is your computer which was a lie.

Review 7：The room was adequate but a little smaller than we have previously had although the bathroom was bigger than previous. The room definitely needed a fresh coat of paint but was overall clean. The air conditioning unit needed to be sorted as water was pouring out of it on to the terrace so we just didn't use the area. The settee bed also needed a spruce up but as we weren't using it we weren't too concerned. Wardrobe door needs fixing too.

Review 8：The hotel is situated close enough to all facilities but far enough away from any noise. The spa/pool and sun terrace are great. The young receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. The self catering equipment was very good, had a toaster, microwave and a small oven etc but NO kettle. We like it here and will stay again.

Review 9：Elevator on my side of the building was not working, no wifi in rooms, intentional lack of any staff at reception during most of the day, lack of air conditioning in lobby (where many unfortunate people had to wait for the staff to return during the narrow time period in which they were actually present to let them in)

Review 11：We think that they should clean the dustbin and room daily to qualify for a four star hotel. Also, you had to buy your own toilet paper and walk all the way outside the hotel to empty the dustbin. All cleaning after day 1 had to be done by ourselves unless you pay for it which is very expensive. The hotel is expensive given its location but it is also very clean. The language (English) was also a big problem.

Review 17：Would have liked a mirror in the bedrooms for doing makeup. A kettle in the kitchen to make tea and for a 4star hotel I would have expected cleaning products in the kitchen at the very least.There was no dishwasher soap, dish cloth, sponges which meant we were rushing out to buy all of these things on arrival. Not my idea of fun. I would also have expected the apartment to have been at least swept daily.

Review 18：Loved the location in the resort, the apartment was spacious and clean. All in all a good experience with some niggles.

Review 25：The Spa DID not inform any 'naturist lifestyle' was not an option for that week due to a tennis tournament - could not use the facilities due to families and children presence!!! Many people from both sides were very badly affected! At no point was there any mention nor online or booking by phone of this 'BAN' Illegal manor of this Natureva operating which is situated in a naturist village where all entry is charged for! Natureva has exercised an 'illegal' operation for this week - they should be made accountable and I want my money back!!

There for I will not recommend it. You pay the price like for the 5* and you're treated like 1*... I was not loving it!

Review 33：Hotel is situated a little far from the beach, but close enough for a walk. Building and rooms are nice. Very good thing is that the bed's mattarace is double - not as usual 2 x single - with a hole in between ;) Stuff is nice. No problems with that.

Review 38：They were double booked so we had to have a bigger and more expensive apartment (or sleep in the car) and staff were not very helpful or sympathetic. Only had two nights instead of the three that had been booked and had to find another room for the third night which was not good at all. They only had wifi in the lobby which was not satisfactory considering the high cost. We also had to clean the appartment empty the rubbish strip the beds etc which is not what you want to do on the last day of your holiday. It is expensive because it is in the naturist village but you can get better accommodation in Cap D'agde then drive into the village each day would save lots of money!

Review 44：First of all - the place is rated 4stars... But where the stars camefrom?! (No safe, no phone in the room, ..and no adequate service...)The pictures of apartment(s) here on the site are very far from ourexperience..(our apartment 101 did not have the pleasure to bephotographed for this site, I guess I know why...) The reception staffwill not help you with anything even if they wanted. Its one personshow for few hours a day - who will not solve your problem. That is -even if they wanted, but while seemed kind when you did not wantanything, when the situation arose - staff was disinterested andunhelpfull. They ask you for a cash deposit upon your arrival - withouta receipt (dont worry, its in the envelope with your name (..and ?!)..)They give you no invoice for your payment ! Had to ask for one andafter some surprised faces I got it...but just the photocopy! Thank godI dont need it for accounting purposes.. The lobby is small for theplace with 50 apartments and no internet anywhere else just in thelobby..(and outside on the terrace). Our overall feeling after one weekhere we cant help to be ripped of and lied to.. For the money you gotvery little - for a bit more you get much more elswhere (or for a lotless you get the same elswehere) in the resort. We do not recomendedthis place. (And would draw attention of some authorities to examinethe practice of this place too.)

Review 45：Wery well equiped kitchen (if you like to cook for yourself), pool andsauna at the spot (but its smallish and..well, who goes to sauna whenhas the sea around). The electric sunshades (blinds) make the room pitchblack (if you need) and safe.. Also reversable Air-con was working wellad was also handy (we also had to heat-up, not only cool-down)..

Review 46：It was quite expensive considering you have to clean the room before checking out. Failure to do so could I cure a €60 fine!

Review 48：We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels but this was by far the worst experience so far, choose another hotel if possible. There is a lot to mention regarding this hotel this is but a few examples: -They open the reception at 15:00 and close at 19:00 you can not access the hotel the first day before 15:00. -They also claimed that there were no rooms available dispite booking.com said that there were available rooms. And if we wanted a room it would cost aprox 500euros a night. -We had to change room after first night and they tried to charge us 60euro extra because they thought the glasses was not clean (we did not use any). -They tried to charge us a much higher room rate for the new room but failed to mention this before we changed and then "blamed" us for not changing our room through booking.com this is because the hotel has a higher rate if not booking through booking.com. - One of the receptionists was extremely arrogant and rude. -The first room had no aircondition in the bedroom (=hot). and so on and on....stay away!

German or Spanish TV.Please can two/three channelsbe added in English (subtitles ok) for News and one other possibly afilm channel for the evening.. The internet was not working for over 24hours. Its a shame there was no bar for guests to meet each other.

Ok, things happen, but you need to make them right. They told usthat there were no rooms available at all in the vn and had to put usinto a 2-star place quite far away. The next day we were checked into adifferent apartment that had been vacated, but it wasn't completelyclean. We were also told that the WiFi was broken and that they had asmall fire in the spa that morning. It seemed that one thing afteranother was a problem here. This place is quite a long ways from thebeach and main part of town.

Review 119：The staff (actually just one girl) was quite helpful and apologetic forthe problems we had. Otherwise, not a lot else to write on the"like" side.

Review 120：For the money paid it was bad. The duty manager needed a happy pill and was not very helpful and in fact was aggressive.The place closes from 12 noon till 3pm ?? and closes 6pm where keys to the rooms have to be uplifted from another hotel.Our patio was dirty and had several cigerate butts laying near a group of near dead pot plants.

Review 124：Thought there should have been staff 24 hrs aday and especially during the day. The reception was available till mid day them from 3-6pm which I think is poor. If not 24 hrs a day it should have least been covered from early morning - 22.00 or 24.00hrs.

Review 125：Thought it was lovely place but there was only a few sun loungers in spa / pool area and although there was generally enough loungers on the time we visited the spa the hotel had few guests but in high season it would certainly be cramped.
