Reviews for Jeffersons Hotel & Apartments
Review 1:Don't accept Room 11! Flimsy plasterboard wall is attached to a fire door which bangs until late at night and from early in the morning literally shaking you awake in bed. Room clean but poky and awkward.
Review 2:The hotel was clean, central and staff were nice and helpful, but a really bad night's sleep isn't good when you have to work in the morning. £77 a night seemed a bit too much for this level of discomfort!
Review 3:Due to building works a bit of a walk round from reception to block we were in. Could not really leave living room curtains open as you looked straight into another living room on the other side of the narrow road.
Review 4:Car Parking underground but at an extra cost. Quite location and not far to walk into town
Review 5:There wasnt anything we didnt like.
Review 6:The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Blonde breakfast waitress was great very cheerful to all morning customers, also advised us on where to go . Ideal location . popular for meals with the locals . Whole place is spotless.

Review 8:This is a very well maintained hotel. The staff are most welcoming and the service is excellent. Great selection for breakfast with lots of choice. Definitely a hotel I would stay in again.
Review 9:Mainly the parking issue. The bar across the street was very noisy and kept our friends awake most of the night. The area itself was very clean and lovely to look at but most buildings were empty in the surrounding location but that's not their fault.
Review 10:The hotel itself was lovely to stay in clean, tidy and smelt fresh, parking was a bit of an issue as there was only spaces in the street. The staff that we came across were very friendly & chatty.
Review 11:The entrance late evening was through the bar which was slightly out of keeping. Bedroom was very small
Review 12:Superb breakfast, very comfy bed and nice city centre location
Review 13:Location was good neat lots of amenities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included which had a vast amount to choose from and other meals were value for money and extra large portions.

Review 46:Excellent reception , personnel professionel and polite. Comfortable room. We would use again.
Review 47:The woreless internet for the room I stayed in did not work my entire stay. I repeatedly requested the router be reset to no avail. No phones in the rooms so you have to walk down to the front desk for service.
Review 48:The staff was friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was good and fresh. There was always bottled water available.
Review 49:Nothing to dislike about the hotel. Some may find the distance from the Lakes a little prohibitive. Parking for cars is on the street in front of the hotel. Barrow in Furness, itself, does not appear to be a tourist destination.
Review 50:The hotel is located within a 30 minute drive from Lake Windemere and Grasmer without the high prices demanded from these locations. The rooms are excellent and the included breakfast is excellent with a la carte individually cooked dishes. The on site restaurant serves delicious reasonably priced fare for lunch and dinner.

Review 54:The fact the staff couldn't do enough for you from the start of the stay and the food was good quality and we'll served the rooms were spotless just short of a few more pillows and a comfy chair to relax with a cup of tea
Review 55:No window direct to outside-glass partition to bathroom and window through there. Second floor no lift. The food I had in restaurant in evening was poor.
Review 56:Pleasant modern room -seemed recently decorated and styled. Comfortable .Everything I needed. Very clean. Staff very helpful and welcoming.
Review 57:Staff at breakfast were sullen. Whilst checking out, the lady who wasdoing this took 3-4 minutes to acknowledge I was there then only spoketo give me my bill. Tip always polite to let the customer see a copy ofthe bill before placing it in a sealed enverlop.
