Reviews for Résidence-Club Saint Loup

Review 1:Apartment not clean on arrival Accommodation in need of a revamp

Review 2:Close to nice beach Facilities for young children Relatively quiet New WiFi much better

Review 3:Seemed very crowded; Very tight parking facilities; Poor wifi coverage; Everything costs extra...; Very limited dining options.

Review 4:Helpful, friendly staff.

Review 5:Worst place ever rated by a guest travelling +150 days yearly.

Review 6:This is the worst hotel/apartment we've ever been staying at. Stay away from this place, old, non-maintained and outworn with old furniture, cigarettes in the backyard and worst experience ever.

Review 7:Reception open hours are very limited starting from 10am (9am would be much better). No air conditioning or fan in the room. Our room was very small and basic, but still quite expensive (no meals), thus we found value for money poor (but it was our first stay in France so we could not compare price/conditions with other hotels). The main disappointment was a noisy rodent scratching through the cavity wall each night.

Review 8:Good location, bus stop opposite the entrance, short walk to beach and to the centre, small supermarket at the resort with reasonable prices (!), polite English speaking staff.

Review 9:The confusion over the application of a €55 charge to clean your room on departure. Being asked whether you want to clean your own room or have it cleaned was a bit of a surprise and then the cost of not cleaning was very high. We ended up having this amount refunded, but the booking.com booking summary didn't make it clear whether we should pay it or not. Also the car park was very tight, but that is not unusual for France!

Review 10:It was booked on the basis of its convenience to another location we were attending.

Review 11:facilities at resort were great and its location is perfect, walking distance to the port and to a very lovely local beach. We would highly recommend club saint loup to all families. Also, would like to add a big thank you to the really helpful staff.

Review 12:No aircondition, to much trees (covering sun), noise from concert in the evening, small beds, stinking toilet in apartment, dark small roms, old fashioned furniture, swimming pools old, missing tiles, good used..

Review 13:Three swimming pools for all ages.

Review 14:- A bit short opening hours at reception - on site wash machine a bit expensive and you could not choose to use own detergent. Cheaper at the Intermarche. -annoying to pay for wifi and than you can barely get a signal in the appartment ( feedback was "it works great in the pool area!) great! too expensive to use tv

Review 15:-The staff was very friendly and helpfull, and most of them had good language abilities. -Great staff working at the kids club, and they did nice activities. Liked that this was included in price. -Pool areas was very nice. Only minus that you couldn't see the kids pool from the big pool, so you had to chose were to be.- - Overall good food in restaurant and a acceptable variety of grocery and fresh baked bread in the on site supermarket. - Walking distance to center town and nearest beach. ( though it felt far on the hot days;) - The pool kept a nice 23 degrees ;) (but not the kiddy pool)

Review 16:For a short stay for four nights we feel bad not to have nothing more included than towells. We would have liked to have washing liquid and things for washing up. We felt unfortcaple that the restaurant is not able to serve meals all times. Options for breakfast are very simple....not breakfast we would have liked. But when you know....you do your self arrangements.

Review 17:The staff was helpful, the swimming pool great and the shop around fine.

Review 18:TV carge 40 EUR is very high. We had to pay extra for bed linen, however it was not mentioned at booking. The internet connection costs 20 EUR, but it doesn't work in our room. Only at the pool area. If we wnted to use for an other device , we had to wait 3 minutes. The opening hours at the reception is only limited.

Review 19:Nice surrounding, close to the city center and to the beach.

Review 20:Close to beach

Review 21:No Air conditioning and no screens on doors or windows, very poor maintenance, bed very uncomfortable

Review 22:Beds were uncomfortable

Review 23:Location

Review 24:Very patchy wifi connection

Review 25:Friendly and helpful staff with plenty of information about the area, great pool area, good restaurant and shop

Review 26:Room cleaning, towel/linen replacement was non existent unless requested at reception

Review 27:Staff, location, and size of accommodation excellent

Review 28:Ideal location to everywhere

Review 29:Very dated paint peeling off walls bathroom had nasty smell Sun loungers dirty

Review 30:service is not available 7/24

Review 31:closed to the beach.

Review 32:Staff went out of their way to help me print my train ticket. Thanks!

Review 33:Reception was open only a few hours a day. If there was a problem after 18:00 you had to wait until the second day because nobody was available. The price for accommodation was good but then they charge you 40 euros for TV, 20 for internet, 15 for towels, etc. The price for TV access is extremely high. Internet connection did not work in our room. They had many wifi networks, but the two that were available in our room did not work. We had to walk 20 meters away from the room to catch a network that we could register on. We complained about that but nothing was solved. We paid 20 euros for internet access but we could only use one device at a time. If you wanted to use a phone and a tablet you either pay twice or disconnect from one device, wait for 15 minutes and then connect again on another device.

Review 34:The complex was nice and quiet, lots of trees that provided a nice and cool shade. It was close to the beach but also the town center. The apartment was large and looked good.

Review 35:Shower was kind of poor

Review 36:Very nice room, confortable bed and sofa and a flat screen tv. Nice pool. Very good food at the restaurant were I was able to watch the soccer world cup.

Review 37:The area around the apartments could have been tidied up a little. There were many dry leaves and twigs blowing around in the wind. A gardener would be a good idea.

Review 38:Excellent pool. Easy access to the port of Cap d'Agd and the naturist village. Very quiet and peaceful. Extremely friendly multi-lingual staff.

Review 39:Agde is the nearest train station and bus/train times are a little restricted.

Review 40:the location is perfect for relaxation as well as a variety of sport and leisure actvities. It is also a good base for exploring other areas in south west France.

Review 41:Bad hotel. Room stinked, and the bed is a joke. Days Inn is better.
