Review 1：I was in the hotel 24 december .. i met a vulgar black man in the recetion ... not polite at all .. he fights with me .. i never met person like him in my life .... other all staff are wounderful ... only this man

Review 4：Each room has a kitchen unit, so if you are looking for a budget trip this is ideal. There is supermarket literally downstairs. Across the street is a massive vending machine for those late night snacks.

Review 16：Got there to be told the room for 6 had had a problem 2 days before our arrival and was not ready for us(would have liked to know this beforehand and we would have sorted out somewhere else to stop) we was told they would give us 2 rooms. Not happy that our family holiday would be spent in different rooms we did get staff to sort enough beds in the ohe room so we would be together. We wasnt given enough bedding, we had no kettle no cups, when we did get a kettle it leaked,we heard another family screaming till 2 o'clock in the morning mentioned to the one member of staff but nothing changed, view was of some office buildings. No tea and coffee in with room price.staff not helpful at all dust on most things. Shower and all the bathroom in fact needed a good scrub, wasnt enough towels for all of us. One member of staff said they didnt speak any English after 15 mins of explaining what our problems were he start to speak in English (quickest language learning ive ever known) didn't get an apology for the room we booked being unavailable or about the state of the room they put us in. The room also had a smell to it we went out and had to leave to Windows all open. Overall was not happy at all only stayed there because we had tickets for effile tower and we had to hurry for the metro to be there in time.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. bread from the last people were left behind (rock hard), dust everywhere, noise with someone with a dog next door. smell from the bins downstairs and very poor customer service from the cleaners and the reception staff. I am not sure I'll ever stay there again.

Review 36：Initially, they wanted to charge us for three (!) rooms, due to a mixup, and the young man on Saturday afternoon was rude and started talking to others while dealing with our problem. We paid for the Internet, which worked 5 out of 10 days and only after we complained. We know rooms are not cleaned in an aparthotel, but we had to ask four times for toilet paper - and were told we had to buy it, while at the Park & Suites in Gallard it was always checked and replaced automatically. Had it not been for the not too professional staff, it would have been a pleasant experience.

Review 57：Excellent location: Metro station and a large Casino supermarket with very convenient opening hours just outside the door. Into the heart of the City by Metro in 20 minutes. Also very good small family run bakery also very close by. Large shopping centre one Metro stop away. Very good value for money considering the Paris hotel prices. Suite included small kitchen with Microwave, stove, kettle and dishes and cutlery which allowed for cooking. Suite (on the 7th floor) had a balcony and a nice view of the City

Review 58：Their kitchen is poorly maintained. No proper utensils, the available utensils are not cleaned, reception doesn't have them either. They charge for keeping luggage in the locker room. This part is very bad as they charge per bag. I am very old customer at this hotel as I have stayed many times here. But still they do not provide free internet, auto upgrade like facilities etc. they do not even keep record of old stays it seems.

Review 64：After missing out on returning to this hotel last year this year we were horrified at the state of the place. Carpets full of holes, very dirty and not pleasant at all. The kitchenette was a shambles, with 1 wine glass and 1 tumbler for an apartment that sleeps 4! Our friends who came with us this year were so disgusted that they left and booked into another hotel. Unfortunately we had no option to stay put but will not be going back there again - such a shame as we have recommended this hotel for the last 3 years to everyone we knew going to this side of Paris but not anymore.

Review 65：Not a lot - we have used this hotel for the last 4 years on a once a year basis and loved it until this year. Such a shame but the surrounding area has improved while the hotel has gone down hill dramatically

Review 66：Interior decoration and fittings are very scruffy, the beds need replacing and the mould and smell in the bathroom is bad. The equipment in the kitchen and room is laughable with only one or non of anything. We had to ask for another cup, our request was met with a very childish response of impossible. The reception staff are simply rude and can't be bothered to help customers.

We were a family of 6 people 4 of them are children 11-4 yrs old.

Room was smelly and bins full when we arrived.

There were two desks and chairs but no table thattwo people could sit at and eat despite there being room. Also it lookedout on a large central area that was a giant neglected weed patch - itcould have been a nice lawn or garden with some effort. We paid 60 europer night without breakfast (for 2) so it was cheap but the realitydidn't match their advertised image on the brochures in the room.

Review 99：The rug in the kitchenette/living area was so stained i put a comforter down during our stay so I wouldn't have to look at it or step on it. The formica was peeling off the kitchenette counter. The garage was not well-lighted, remote and when you got off the elevator in the basement garage, there were no lights!!! absolute darkness!! The desk attendant (a black male) was surly, but the woman was nice. This place looks like the equivalent of a Holiday-Inn Express in the photos, but it is not. Regretfully unless the hotel company can address its problems and renovate, I would not recommend this property.

Review 104：Room was comfortable. Metro was just below hotel but it takes time to travel in center escpacially the airport. Grocery mall was a big one just below hotel.

Review 105：1. Room was entirely too small for any price. There was not dresser space for undergarments; you could barely turn around without touching the walls and each other. 2. We were informed that we could not receive any maid service unless we paid extra so we slept on the same sheets for a week. This should have been part of staying in a hotel. 3. We had to ask for towels daily. Towels are a part of proper hygiene. There should not be a reason to ask for them on a daily basis. 4. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Now how could a hotel or suites not have AIR CONDITIONING? It was hot and unbearable. Were we told that we were binded to the contract of the room. Otherwise, we would have checked out the same day that we checked in. 5. There was no ICE machine in the building. 6. The bed was simply awful. It was too low to the floor; you can feel the springs in the mattress. 7. The windows did not have a screen. It was so hot that we opened the windows to get air and bugs flew in so the windows had to be closed. 8. The towel rack was torn down and had to be put back up and when this was done, all of the debris was left on the floor. 9. The shower head was not working. We were offered to take a shower in another room until Maintenance could fix ours. In conclusion, if you read this review, I recommend you DO NOT stay in this hotel. It is not worth the amount of money we spent. When booking this hotel, if we would have known mainly that there would be NO Air Conditioning, there is no way we would have even thought about staying here. That would have raised a RED flag first.
