Review 1：Wifi problem for one whole night caused inconveniences to my family. Otherwise it will be a perfect stay.

Review 2：The apartment is quite cosy for 5 pax. The duplex rooms for 5 pax, having kitchen facility and location nearby Metro line certainly met my requirements as they are my main requirements. The personnel manning the registration counter are nice and helpful as well.

Review 3：i didn't like the fact i was told it was a 3 bed apartment and got a 2 bed with a sofa bed in the kithen/dinner area and told 2 guys expected to share that when my guest arrived they had to spend extra money for another apartment

Review 5：Everything about this hotel, starting from the management. I booked an apartment and they gave me two separate double bed rooms. Parking entry was a nightmare and I had few scratches of my car while taking it out of the parking lot. I highly recommend not to use their parking lot!!

Privacy - Glass doors and thin curtains were protecting the privacy of the room and that could be improved since people travelling with valuables and family could be left feeling vulnerable. 2. There was no air conditioning or windows in the room that we were staying. It was boiling hot and we had to end up opening the main doors for a while so that we can get some fresh air. 3. Please provide your guests with blankets.

Review 9：i had booked a duplex for my familiy but i arrived late i was given one small room. It was only until following day we had to raise the concner with right person when i got two seperate rooms. The first day experience was very bad.

Review 11：What not too good was the breakfast for the price, though we arrived after breakfast time on a saturday morning. There was just nothing to choose from. Also, taking luggage up a winding staircase to the third floor was not easy but worth the effort on entering the room.

Review 12：The room was good ans spacious. we had a sofa bed in the living room. We actually booked for a 5 person apartment but we were offered a 6 person two bedroom apartment which was too okay for us, 2 adults and 3 kids (we had a bed to spare). Location was fine as supermarket was just 5 miins walk away and metro to take you anywhere was just about 5-7 mins walk away. We stayed one night and we felt okay.

Review 13：I had trouble with the safe on multiple occasions, so I gave up after a while. Different members of the staff were either completely brilliant or rather annoyed by requests, but I always managed to get everything sorted with them anyway.

Review 14：Early checkin was possible even though I hadn't requested it in advance. The room was clean and had plenty of storage space and facilities. Overall I was very happy with my stay at La Ferme and would return again.

Review 19：The personnel was very unpleasant. I think they never change the sheets as you can find hair of all different persons that stayed in that hotel. They make accomodation in parts of the hotel that are under renovation: therefore you can smell the paint or get painted with fresh paint on you door. The couch has no sheets or pillow although they recommend this as bed. A horrible experience, we left one night earlier. It looks better from the outside, but do not go inside!

Review 22：The appartment is newly refurbished very clean and comfortable for five of us. The location is superb as the metro can link directly to Paris and Disney/ Val De Europe ( Via RER connection. For muslim there a couple of halal butchers, a halal restaurant and the supermarket has got some halal food

The livingroom gets a bit crowded with 4 peoplealready, but there is plenty of room. The kitchen has pretty mucheverything you need. Parking is on site underground. Metro station withtrain 7 is less then 5 min walk. There is also a decent sizedsupermarket and a bakery just down the street. Possible to park onpublic road (if you find a space)

Review 25：didn't had the booked family room on check-in day, We had to sleep some where else (It's a bit hard we was traveling with 3 young kids) and second day we had to travel back to the hotel and had to wait so long for room to be ready. Room was not good condition (too small, tiles are cracked (dangerous if you fall into it)) and bathroom was smelly. Staff doesn't understand English that much. They charged us full stay in one. We suppose to stay in France for 6 days but because of what happened to us we had to come back on third day, So we only stayed hotel for only 1 night. Reception was refused us to pay the refund for the rest of the booking. Once we back on UK, We contacted Booking.com and they've managed to get a refund for us.

Review 29：Parking is a nightmare. There is parking on site but u cannot use it if you have a roof box due to height restriction (would think big cars would struggle too). There is not much parking outside on the road, pure luck if u get a space. Our room also had a v strong smell of bleach.

It was smelly & uncomfortable. -Poor Wi-Fi connection. -No elevators & a lot of stairs. -They charge 12 Euro for parking in the underground garage which can be accessed through the same entry as the car. -Poor behavior from the staff. -When I informed the manager that the booking website didn't mention anything about no elevator, he replayed that he's 100% sure it's witting somewhere , then when i asked him to show me he blamed the booking website for not mentioning that.

Review 79：It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel.Although they said pay later in the website and we arrived before check-in , they charged my credit card for the first day. later I found they charged my credit card about 10 days before. Also they forced us to pay whole at first and they didn't get key till we paid it was so rude to me. At the second day when we come back we found the room door is open and not fully closed when we ask them they answered somebody come to check something and forgot to close. The double sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Review 85：i had booked a mezzanine apartment for 5 people but this was not available so we were given 2 rooms on opposite sides of a courtyard. Not suitable for a family with young children. We ended up all squeezing into one room. Outside courtyard floor had many loose paving stones so you could easily trip Tiles in the bathroom had pictures of 2 men with hands in quite inappropriate places.

Review 90：The duplex apartment we booked was unavailable, instead they gave us tworooms opposite each other across a courtyard, not ideal when you have 3young children. These two rooms cost us 50 euro's more than theprice of the original apartment which isnt on. One of the rooms theshower didnt work and there was no plug in the bath, this wasnt ideal asthe temperature was 34 degrees c and very humid. The other room when thetoilet was flushed the water that flushed it was brown in colour andthere was a note saying not to close the bathroom door. Please avoidthis hotel at all costs, you will feel let down otherwise

Review 92：The hotel needs a total renovation. Furniture as well as kitchenware are in very bad condition. There something unclear in the way they manage the hotel. We book a room with terrace. Upon check in, they said that they upgraded us to a bigger room. It came without terrace and we were not sure that it was bigger. We wanted to change back to what we had booked. They simply said it's full. Is it an usual thing when you booked for it and you do not get it?

Review 94：Be carefull !!! don't waste your money to that terrible hotel. The rooms were awful, very dirty (nasty) and smelled terribly from cigarettes. Just we had arrived to the reception, they told us to pay immediately. Because of that unusal behavior, we asked to visit the rooms first and we understood that they tried to cheat us. The rooms are smaller and different from the reservation. Finally they gave us the right rooms, because we phoned directly at Booking.com. customer service.

Review 99：There was no wall between the room and antresola in the apartment - it was not possible to talk in isolation from children. Rather weak noise isolation between apartments, you need to pay special attention to not make too much noise (try that with your children!). Limited access to internet - you get timed tickets only (24, 48 hours etc.) and you need to login every time.

Review 108：The area is undergoing major renovations, therefore, the streets in the immediately vicinity were partially closed, rerouted, etc. Ave. de Paris (the main artery) was almost impossible to navigate (30 minutes to travel 650 meters...not in rush hour). The area is a working class neighborhood and there are few cafes, etc. nearby. Single women travelers may feel uncomfortable walking in the area They upgraded us to a larger apartment...however, that meant that we were not able to enjoy the outside patio area advertised for the studio apartments. The larger apartments are on the second floor and there are no elevators.

Review 109：The location was close to a very good metro line and it also had fairly good auto connections (for Paris) to sights outside the city. Secure parking in the basement was very good for small vehicles. Apartment was quiet if halls are empty (would not have been a problem if the reserved studio had been available...see below). Cooking pans and appliances were good for this price range apartment...but lacked and oven. There also was no dishwasher (not unusual for apartments in France). Shopping for groceries was very convenient at nearby Carfore. Secured gates for parking and pedestrian access after 8 pm...however, code input from the car required parking on the narrow street and exiting the car to input the entry code.

They put us up in a nearby hotel which felt like a downgrade, andI had to fight to get a room with two beds, which was a requirementsince I was traveling with my daughter. On the plus side they did giveus a nice room when we got back and comped us some breakfasts. Still itwas very distressing to arrive in a new city in a foreign country withall our baggage and show up at the front desk only to find out there wasno room reserved!

The entrance to the parking is very tricky; they could at least put some rubber on the sides of the walls to prevent cars getting scratches. And Internet, damn, even McDonalds offers free Wifi. Charging your hotel guests for Wifi does not belong to this day and age.

At night there was a muslim family who were extremely loud and selfish. They stayed up past mid night due to Ramadan and screamed, cried, laughed, yelled... Unbelievable! The room was very small, beds were horrible, bath room was still filthy. We will never stay here again!!

Review 125：The hotel is really surprising. It doesn't look like much from outside, but behind the gates it's great. We had a large apartment with a kitchen, our own terrace where we had breakfast, and the Metro is just around the corner. The underground car park kept the car safe while we were there. All in all a surprisingly good stay.

When we arrived,The staff waited until after I paid for the room only to tell me the"apartment" was full and gave us two individual rooms instead. Had Iknown that the apartment was full, I would not have rented the otherrooms. They had a non-refund policy. If you rent from them, make sureyou are getting what you pay for before you pay for it! The lower roomshave no windows so if it is a hot day (I know, doesn't get hot here) theroom will be stifling. My wife couldn't sleep because of the heat.

Review 127：The area was quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in is notuntil 3:00 P.M. and we arrrived early. We couldn't check in and wewanted to sight-see. The staff said not to leave our luggage in thevehicle as it wouldn't be safe. They have underground parking but ourvehicle was too large. The staff allowed us to place our luggage insidethe office and they watched it. The rooms open up into a courtyard.

Review 128：When we arrived room, especially bathroom, was not clean. Bathroom is very old. Each day we had to demand something (cleaning, clean towels, soup, toilet paper...). Hotel neighborhood is dirty and unpleasant. I think that this hotel, as all hotels in Paris, is too expensive!
