Review 1：When I booked, I was fairly certain it said "we speak your language." when we checked in, the guy didn't know English. Luckily another staff member knew some and we had a wonderful 5 day trip.

Review 2：Amazing food! Friendly staff and nice room with a great balcony and beautiful views.

Review 3：Not really a problem but it is at quite high altitude which was noticeable when climbing the stairs. It is a long drive up a steep twisty road that took about 20 mins to get up/down. Again not really a problem and worth it for the views.

Review 4：We arrived quite late, after the kitchen was closed, but the owner prepared us a cold meal, which was great. All the food was wonderful, definitely recommend half board. The hotel and staff far exceeded our expectations. Ample parking, great views.

Breakfast buffet was rich, dinner menus were absolutely fantastic. We can recommend this Hotel and would be glad to return for another stay.
