Review 1：Pretty small space for the apartment if you have kids and lots of gear.
Review 2：Great location with lovely views over the resort and straight access to the slopes.
Review 3：Due to poor snow, it was a hike to get on the slopes. (Weather is not the hotels fault!) Place feels like an ocean liner....charm? Nil.
Review 4：Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Good view. For a ski night - with the prime focus on skiing the apartment was good value and fine.

Review 7：The two beds in the bedroom were very small ( both narrow and short) and very hard. The rooms from booking are basically on the main passage way in and out from the huge building towards the public elivator. The way is via a metal bridge which has loose weldings and the noise produced by each passer by is incredible - simply there is no sleep in these rooms!

Review 9：The residence is far from a 4 stars facility. The studio was not very clean on our arrival, even if you have to pay for cleaning at the end of your stay. The WiFi is hardly working, there is no sauna and the sound insulation of the rooms is very poor.

Review 30：We stayed in room 1106. in details: 1 - the basic double room is tiny!!!If you are 2 people with ski equipment there is simply no place to puteverything and even move (after you open the sofa). Kitchen is a sameplace as living room! - it is a very tight space - you have to sleep,place all your staff and make food in 15 sq.m). 2 - a sofa bed creaksterribly ,very uncomfortable and curved - after a night of sleep theentire back hurts. Plus each time at night when neighbours on the abovefloor flips to the other side - you hear everything. Audibility again isan issue - the walls are like from cardboard . Sliding closet door isshattered and terribly creaks when sliding. Looks owners bought thecheapest furniture for this huge thousand-room hotel. 3 - Internet - itexists only formally - just to download Google you can wait forever , soin fact we could not use internet at all . Receptionist could help on it(she just offered us a new password to so same wifi spot!). 4 - Way fromthe reception to the room is very uncomfortable - you have to go downoutside on a steep stairs with all the heavy bags. 5 - When we arrivedthe room floor was not cleaned - everything was in lumps of dust . Whenwe claimed that at the reception - she didn't offer us to clean aroom, but told that we can skip sweeping the floor at the check-out! Soinstead of relaxing after long way - we had to do the sweeping! (Btwthere is no vacuum cleaner in the room - only mop and awkward broom!)in general: we arrive in three valleys not the first time and stayed several times in other 4 star apartment hotels (like Pierre Vacancies) , but this time the stay was saddened by this hotel, which is newly build but without a single thought about comfort of guests. the fact that hotel is new does not give it four stars.

Review 33：This year we were in the Cret Voland part of the building, at the far end. This part is accessed by a set of narrow metal stairs down from the road. The stairs are small and not suitable for carrying skis up and down every day, particularly when snowy and icy.

Review 35：The sofa bed mattress needed replacing - you rolled into the middle. There could also be supplied a few obvious basics, like a dish cloth, some dishwashing liquid, more than 1 saucepan. And a micro wave doesn't really qaulify as an oven, so that's a bit misleading.

Review 62：The residence is short of staff: in our apartment we couldn't close one of the windows and they weren't able to fix it during our one week stay. Also, our wardrobe was half the size of those in other apartments. There are more parts of the residence with different entries; ours was quite far from the reception and there was no possibility to access it from the slopes. The ski storage facilities are not conveniently placed and you can't lock your skis individually.
