Review 2：The Hotel was nice,clean,friendly staff and very spacious.We were at the end of summer season so not many guests. Don't know about mid high season..

Review 5：Car parking, dragging our huge bags up and down stairs, struggling with the room key! Room snacks contained peanuts (our son is allergic).

Review 9：The standard room we stayed in did not match the photo shown on booking. The hotel displays photo from better rooms for the standard room as a trick. Bathroom facilities are very old. Short of sockets for charging in the room. Staff are not willing to help on most of the requests. Very difficult to communicate with the staff on night shift.

Review 17：Over priced really for the standard. No breakfast included which was a shame esp with the cost of the room. And you then have to pay to use one of the sunbeds at the beach bar :( Everything is just really tired and not very well furnished. The pool area is very small, we were lucky and the hotel was not too busy but if it had been busier it would have been hard to find a sunbed by the pall, and the big unheated pool has no seating around it. The jacuzzi is grim and was really dirty. The hotel bar sadly has no atmosphere - may be because it was later in the season but just a really bland place. Overall I would not go back sadly

Review 22：The location was grate. Wonderful view from the terrace - sea view. I am very thanksful to the reseptionist Pavlik. He was always very caring and very kind. :-) Nice hotel, nice place. I would not mind to stay their once again.

Review 23：The WiFi needs freequent reconnection with loads of user/password id. Also mind that the so called private beach is owned by a sub company -Two sun beds costs 23€/ day and bar is rather expensive. In addition the private beach for paying guests at the hotel is directed to small strip of the beach as most of the Capao Beach is divided into to "playing fields" for beach games - theese fields were not in use and served only for the purpose to clear the view... Most of the sunbeds were reserved, but seldom or never in use - looked like a money laundring sceeme to be honest.

Review 47：Breakfast, at €13, is over-priced for what is effectively a continental spread (cooked food is available for extra cost). The wi-fi works ok but you need to log in every time you use the service, which is a pain (as is the fact that you need to renew the password every day).

Review 48：The hotel is very well located near the beach, which is just a two-minute walk away. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.

Review 49：The toilet which is separate from the bathroom is interesting to say the least. If you are a size 6 or 8 you wont have a problem but otherwise it has to be one of the smallest toilets we've ever seen! The hotel says it has its own private beach and there is an area on the beach next to the hotel bar with sunloungers. You have to pay extra for the use of them and as a guest of the hotel with a tab already running at the bar and restuarant you shouldnt have to. But it was truly the man who runs this area of the hotel who spoilt our time there. He is the rudest unfriendliest jobsworth in the world. You are seriously in the wrong job and management should move you away from the public! I have lived in France for the past 10 years and you sadly are the reason the rest of the world think the French are arrogant.

Review 50：Hotel was clean and recently refurbished. We stayed in a family room that had a double bed downstairs and 2 single beds on a mezzanie floor, perfect for a couple with 2 small children. The room is equipped with a fridge and satellite TV. Clean and comfortable.

Review 54：Great location - the beach starts at about 150 meters from the hotel, a 10 minute walk away - a water park, amusement park and mini-golf, next to the hotel good restaurant and two pizzeria, mini supermarket. The resort center about 20 minutes walk (in the center is a large number of restaurants and shops). Next to the hotel is a large free car park. Every day at the reception issue towels for the beach, good breakfast.

Review 55：Tv is small but functional. Bathroom sink handle broke was not fixedduring our stay. Could not get the air to work got a bit stuffy in thenight in the loft area. The floors in hotel hallways, carpet need to bereplaced. Spa showers not warm and hot tub wish the water was warmer.

Review 60：It was not accurately represented on the website. It was made to lookmuch bigger, better and more luxurious than it was. Our room was over-priced for a superior room and did not over look the pool that waspictured on the website but a much less attractive resident's pool.Breakfast was also not included in the high cost of the room which wefelt it should be. The pool was much smaller than pictured and cleanersdid not do a thorough job when cleaning our room between nights.Unfortunately we would not stay again.

Room rate does not include breakfast and when we were there (end of June) the restaurant seemed semi-closed but in front of the hotel there is a good creperia for breakfast and a reasonably priced fish restaurant and pizzeria. Good for a quiet couple of days near the beach.

Review 65：I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but was leftfeeling let down. The hotel seems past its best and feels very run downin places, dark corridoors with stained carpets, the bedroom was old andtired, the bathroom was shabby, and our room looked over the car park.The room rates are far too expensive for what you get in this hotel.

Review 67：The hotel is in a great location. It is right across from a sandy beach. Also walking distance to the port where there are shops and a lot of restaurants. The two pools we're clean and the staff very accommadatig. Good breakfast also.
