Reviews for Hotel Miramar
Review 1:Bit difficult tomfind and further out than signs suggest, but not really an issue.
Review 2:Hellfullness. We had a motorbike and they letbus sgore in garage. Staff very friendly and helpfull. The fish in the restaurant was best weve ever eaten
Review 3:Hotel needs completely gutting as extremely dated. Walking into bedroom and bathroom was very depressing as room had a stale smell and the decor/furnishing were antiquated. Bathroom was the worst I have encountered in all my year's of travelling, with towel rail falling of wall, dirty crouting between tiles, horrible chipped soap dish.
Review 4:View from terrace
Review 5:Sadly the restaurant was closed the day we arrived, the staff were very helpful and told us where the best place was to eat.
Review 6:Quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. lovely view overlooking the bay from out balcony. We only stayed one night and now wish we had stayed longer.
Review 7:Food expensive and not up to much more cafe food than restaurant food. Bar staff appeared miserable. Long walk into town for any life, hotel isolated.
Review 8:Fantastic view if you get the sea view side lovely balcony comfy room clean
Review 9:Nothing's wrong, but maybe the design is getting a little oldfashion...
Review 10:Quiet location, little bit away of the busy centre Free parking Very good breakfast Nice sight at the bay/sea Private terras
Review 11:the waterfront location isn't really beachfront, since the beach is really a drive back through the town or a quick swim across the bay. Getting into the sea at the hotel end involved some fairly interesting steps and rocks to navigate! The bartender was a bit grumpy, but sufficiently efficient! The restaurant looked good, but we ate in the town for far cheaper! A slight negative is the location in a different aspect- it was a good five minute walk into the restaurant area. I would say a small price to pay for the views and the serenity during the day!
Review 12:Position- We stayed in ten places during our mini pilgrimage (for similar prices) and we agreed that this was the best. World class views of the harbour and the Coast, Rooms also had excellent views- make sure you get a room overlooking the water! Receptionist - Excellent on arrival and easy to communicate with my fairly basic Spanish. Needed a taxi and it was there as promised with time to spare (20 mins after ordering.) Stayed here for a night- and would stay for longer. Rooms- people have said that the rooms are dated, but actually they are perfectly acceptable, even for a long stay and very clean (inc. bathroom.) I'll second another reviewer in saying that it would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with some money to spend on the place!

Review 45:This place we called the damp donkey it had not been updated for years.3 star what a joke more like half a star
Review 46:The location was great the views were some of the best we had.
Review 47:The position overlooking the estuary could not be beaten however it did need updating & the service was indifferent. A golden opportunity for someone with foresight.
Review 48:The location overlooking the harbour was great. The parking was easy and the whole town is accessible. The best part was a meal in town at Sideria which was packed with locals and the owner poured my wife's cup of cider(Sidra) the local way, from above his head into a glass by his knee.
Review 49:Every restaurant in San Vicente including the hotels are shut on Wednesday evenings, some cafes do open.
Review 50:The Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was superb. The location of the hotel was really good overlooking the sea. and the mountains.
Review 51:We have been visiting this hotel for well over 10 years and the years have not been kind to the fittings and fixtures. The common areas are fine but the rooms are overdue for a redecorate/upgrade.
Review 52:This hotel is in a magnificent postion and allrooms have sea and mountain views. Family run with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.
Review 53:Wifi could be faster, bus station is 1.5 km away and you have to walkwith your lagguage if you don`t book a taxi or meeting,
