Review 1：Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was comfortable and attractive. If you are a golfer then the location is perfect. It is also a short walk to the town. We were out of season and value for money was very good. Good parking facilities.
Review 2：Everyone I met at reception, breakfast, managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Especially when I had to get emergency dental help. Location on golf course fantastic.

Review 5：Originally booked into the Mercure about 100 yards away. However quickly checked out due to lack of facilities and general poor ambiance plus no pool or restaurant. Booked into Palmyra at short notice. We were given a lovely room with a terrace and views over the pool and the golf course. All this and 30% cheaper that the Mercure!

Review 21：The staff at the Hotel were exceptional in my opinion. Nothing was too much trouble, and always a friendly 'bonjour'. Also the view from the balcony was fantastic.

Review 25：The location was ideal for access to the quays and centre. The view from every balcony was superb. Our room was big and spacious. There is an option to use the indoor or outdoor pools depending on the weather. The staff were always at hand and very efficient. Despite the hotel only having a breakfast room, the restaurant next door serves delicious meals. There is also a complex close by that does all sorts of cuisine for takeaway.
Review 26：We thought it was strange that the sunbeds by the outdoor pool had cushions but those located alongside the indoor pool didn't. We also found the breakfast expensive for the range of food available. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant and the golf club restaurant located alongside wasn't particularly good, although the staff were very helpful. The wi-fi connection was almost non-existent in the room and most of the general areas.
Review 27：We had a lovely spacious room with a terrace overlooking the garden. The indoor pool was fabulous - large and warm - with sunbeds just outside. The outdoor pool was smaller but a lovely place to lie in the sun. We stayed at the hotel during the Wimbledon tennis tournament, never dreaming that a brit would make the final, and we really appreciated the efforts of the staff in ensuring we could watch it on TV in the bar area. (Shame about the result!)
