Review 2：Fantastic hotel. Great location. Great rooms. Friendly staff. Ski locker system fabulous - great to have ski hire waiting for you in the locker - works every time! Ski in - ski out great but a bit difficult for beginners. Our second stay here and won't be our last!

Review 3：There were not enough cups and glasses in the kitchen area. We were disappointed in the very touristy town and felt it lacked authenticity compared to real Alpine villages we've stayed in previously.

Bar with contemporary open fire lovely for a Vin Chaud, Chocolat chaud and crepe after a day's skiing! The staff were always helpful and friendly. Ski in and ski out - 2 mins ski away from the Reberty ski lift. The Bruyeres area has a nice little area of ski shops, restaurants, bars, patisserie and kids merry go round. Wifi good.

Review 69：I could not recommend this hotel more highly for the lovely staff and superb facilities which are well maintained. Provided you can ski, the hotel is perfect to ski in and out and access the entire 3 Valley ski area. If you are a beginner - it is a bit of a faff getting to the ski area for lessons, however having never skied before my 6 year old was able to ski in and out in three days.

Review 77：Regardless of settings it was always hot in the room. Internet in theroom was extremely extremely slow. All Door closers in the hotel had tobe set to not to shut the doors so loudly. Shower in the spa made tooclose and only for two people at the time. Staff in the hotel have tospeak English better. Only one TV-channel in English. After checkout youcan't get in to the hotel.

Also most included in the kitchen. Even washing up liquid. But there was a dishwasher to. No ski boot dryer so we had to bring them up to the room.
