Review 1：Poor recommendation on lunch options yesterday - it was 2pm and they sent us to La Banque which was closed for lunch, and then the second recommendation was Progres brasserie which was disgusting microwaved food! Shame - get better recommendations please.

Review 3：The front desk staff were very helpful. Franc went out of his way to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. The location was fabulous. Reasonable public parking across the street. The room was small but always clean.

Review 9：Wi-fi slow and a constant need to log in each time. It kept breaking down and staff had to reboot the system. Some basic maintence is required - toilet roll holder broken and fell apart, light bulb blown and not replaced, air con light flashing to indicate service required.
Review 10：Close to Avenue de Champagne and main part of Epernay. Car park across the road (you have to pay but it's free after 7pm & on Sundays). Rooms didn't shoot the lights out, but they were more than fine. Tea and coffee & fridge in the room. Lift!

Review 50：The (male) staff member - receptionist / manager ? Was extraordinarily helpful. We had real problems after a car breakdown, and his assistance, in making phone calls for us ( because of our poor French language) was absolutely invaluable.
Review 51：The room was small, very cosy for two people. The wc was broken, we reported this at reception soon after we checked in as we left the hotel about 5pm. It was still broken when we returned after dinner, so we saw no point in mentioning it again then. Water ran through the wc all night, making a noise and hence it would not flush when wanted. We mentioned it again as we checked out and were told we should have reported again when we came in from dinner. We were tired and all we wanted to do then was sleep. No apology, no reduction, disappointing.

Allowed us to park in their limited parking and then reccommended one of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip,(La Cave a Champagne) suggest you book ahead we just got a table on a sunday evening.

Review 72：The staff were incredibly helpful when we arrived - 11 people, three cars and 9 bikes. There was a fair in the centre of Epernay which meant that there was virtually no public parking to be had, but the staff found us parking spaces near the hotel, and allowed us to lock all our bikes in a storage area across the road from the hotel.

The hotel staffs have been just excellent and in particular Frank, just a great gentleman who did everything that he could to make our stay a relaxing one. Review 75：We felt it was priced a little high for the standard of accommodation. If you are looking for a romantic hotel look elsewhere, this really is a very simple room and bathroom, nothing more.
Review 76：This hotel is very basic, but is situated perfectly for a weekend in Epernay particularly if you have no car. Its within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, many of the best restaurants in town and the Avenue de Champagne. All of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very basic but ours was clean, comfortable and quiet there was a fridge and tea & coffee making facilities. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are several cafes within a few minutes walk where you can have cheaper breakfast should you choose. All in all, its not glamorous but it was comfortable and convenient.

Review 80：The man on reception when we arrived in the evening could not have been more helpful. When you get out of the hotel you soon realise how convenient it is for all that is happening in the town. You don't need to have breakfast in the hotel. There are plenty of cages for le petit dejeuner.
