Review 1：Helpful, friendly manager with great sense of humour, efficient, clean, nice breakfast, handy restaurant next door with lovely food and charming staff.
Review 2：Had to phone reception to get in, as door was locked and no-one in reception (OK for me - but not everyone has a mobile handy). Radiators made 'cloncking' sound at 7.30am first morning and at 5am next morning as heating started to tick (might have been unlucky with this). Wi-Fi was patchy and dropped off at times.
Review 3：Location right next to Cholet train station is ideal if you have plenty of luggage - still close enough to walk to town centre. Room was decent sized. Breakfast enough for me - but most might find the choice very limited for the price.
