Review 1：The shower was located at one end of the bath; stepping into the bath, with no anti-slip mat, was dangerous and I slipped and fell. No serious injury, just a bang on the head and a bruise on my shin but it could have been worse.

Review 5：This is a recently remodeled hotel that has been in location for a very long time. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. The location of the hotel for visiting Albi and access can't be beat. The staff were warm and helpful.

Review 6：The hotel car park was hard to find; more information would have been helpful. We thought it strange that there was no screen on the shower (over the bath), which caused some issues.

Review 10：Even with GPS, it was a bit difficult to find. Up and down little narrow alley ways and the underground garage was behind the building on a back street. But once found, it was well worth the small fee.

Review 11：What a great location in downtown Albi. Very convenient and the park area in front was always bubbling with fun people and activities during the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful with maps and parking. The parking under the hotel was small, so the manager on duty parked my car for me and you could tell he had done this many times. We also ate at the restaurant out front and it was a delightful dinner. There was a bakery down the street in which we partook of our morning breakfast ... sitting in the nice weather. We also day tripped to Cordes and a nearby village. I would stay at the Hotel Vegan again w/o a doubt!

Review 12：Arrival difficult due to pedestrian area and one way streets, parking for hotel with no elevator, if you have a lot of luggage a problem.

Review 14：Free wi-fi in the rooms is limited to 2 hours and the signal is not very strong. Not really a big issue for us as we were on vacation, not on business, but still... This is, after all, the XXI century. Breakfast is OK but not very lavish. Plus, it is not a buffet-style arrangement, but rather you are served at your table, so basically there is less choice.

Review 15：Comfortable bed, big room with a gigantic bathroom (not sure if this is the case for every room, though, maybe we just got lucky). Relatively inexpensive garage nearby (the hotel has a special arrangement with them). Central location.

Review 18：Perhaps, I had oveooked this but breakfast wasn't inclusive and an extra cost. The restaurant on the ground level of the hotel is an independent business which has nothing to do with the hotel. If you are looking for a reasonable, unfussy, utilitarian affair , this is the hotel for you. I missed out on the hot water- it wasn't cold- by taking my morning shower too late!

Review 22：A great location just a short stroll to the Cathedral and Lautrec Museum. Car parking available under the hotel which saved us the trouble of having to keep feeding a meter. Rooms are basic and clean and bed comfortable. We had a room at the side away from the square so slept well.

Review 23：Because the hotel overlooks a public square and entertainment is provided ( this was a Friday) including very loud music until midnight it was not for me - early to bed and early to rise is more my style - so cut short my stay.

Review 30：The hotel was well placed to explore old Albi. Parking was easy to find and reasonably priced. The room was spacious enough, bathroom excellent and good wifi reception. The breakfast that was included in the price was very good. Great to have a lift.

Review 45：The hotel is very well located in the center of Albi at a walkable distance all the city's main attractions. For 8 euros you can have a 24 hours ticket for the underground parking just outside the hotel which is valid even after check out.

I requested a renovated room, and if this was a renovated room then the rest must be fairly bad. Staff in evening were not conversant in French or Spanish, as advertised. Parking garage was convenient, but not for visitors with luggage.

We could park in the hotel parking area for 7 euros a day (limited places) but in front of the hotel there is a huge parking area. The air conditioning was not working and the corridor has a funny smell. The double bed was small.

I didn´t have breakfast there and close to the hotel there is a caffeterie where you can have it for a good price.

Review 70：The hotel is in a perfect location on the Vigan square. All important touristic points are in a pleasant walking distance. The square offers various food possibilities. The brasserie Pontié is very recommendable. The hotel rooms are new and well equipped. Our room 206 was large in size and located totally on the back of the hotel. Whilst the view over the roofs was perhaps not the most attractive it gave a great advantage of being extremely quiet. The hotel offers a covered parking possibility accessible through back streets but indicated. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nicely decorated. Very recommendable hotel in a very attractive city of Albi.
