Review 1：The staff appeared efficient but didn't smile much. A bit disappointed in the little things. You got 4 sachets of coffee in your room but only two (extremely small) cream portions. When asking for additional portions the staff appeared very reluctant to part with them and only gave you two extra! Toiletries provided in the room were also very minimal, you only got all in one hand/body/hair wash, not used to that in today's climate and didn't take much with me.

Review 2：The position was excellent and the room was very clean and warm.

Review 3：It could do with it's own restaurant for evening meal although didn't really matter and the toilet was down some steep stairs which at night if you are half asleep can be a bit of an issue.

Review 4：We had a suite that had a living room downstairs and a bedroom upstairs. It was spacious and quiet and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning also worked really well. The town it is in is lovely and there are we had a lovely meal in the town just a 5 minute walk. Also we parked in the garage for another 7 euros as our car was packed and it all went very well. And perfect as just 10 minutes of the AutoRoute where we travelling to South of France.

Review 5：Not a bad experience but previously a hot breakfast was included in the room price but now it isn't. This reduces the value for money.

Review 10：The description on booking said that two small children could stay in existing beds, but when we arrived we were informed, that this was NOT possible. Inadequate airconditioning (we didn't complain though, so they did not get a chance to fix it)

Review 12：From the moment of arrival the staff (Alexandra} was extremely helpful. We were surprised with an upgrade and the room was exceptionally good. Asian partner restaurant 10 mins walk was of high quality and good value. Perfect stopover and would certainly use again.

Review 13：Very small lift, difficult to enter with a pushchair and once in there was no space for my husband and our luggage. The secure parking is a short walk away from the hotel and it is not possible to use this entrance with a pushchair (due to a number of steps). However, the staff kindly helped us. Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside and the signs still advertise the hotel restaurant which has apparently been closed for 3 years now. The door handle on the door between the hall area of our room and the bedroom was hanging off.

Review 14：Tastefully renovated hotel with top end furnishings and bathroom facilities. Good lighting in room and bathroom. Balcony in room. Large breakfast buffet with a lot of choice of hot and cold and sweet and savoury foods. Good location in the centre of Villefranche. Secure parking available. Friendly staff.

Review 15：Receptionists are rude, shouting at you at 11:30 because they seem to be in a hurry (Check out is at 12:00). Calling your cellphone when cannot reach the room because you're sleeping.

Review 19：I emailed and asked for 2 twin beds via booking.com and received an answer. When I got to the hotel, there was only a double and there were no rooms available to change to. The breakfast was lovely but they ran out of plates, coffee, eggs, pancakes, bacon we had to set our own tables, just not enough staff on for the very busy day. Wifi in the rooms is awful.

Outside was noisy in the morning but if not to open the window it's ok. There are two air-conditioners on the each floor. Parking was free alone the street, so we hadn't booked it in the hotel.
