Review 1：No indoor pool and no door to the bathroom with only a glass partition to the toilet so make sure you are completely relaxed with your room mate

Review 3：There is no clear sign for the hotel from the road. Took 4 attempts to find it, kept driving past. Also, buzzer to park my car didn't work, had to leave car at top of the entrance and walk to reception. arriving later in the evening after dinner with friends, no one answered the reception buzzer, couldn't open the gate, had to climb over it. This is a £185 per night hotel, these kind of actions shouldn't be happening. Felt abit judge by the staff and service wasn't great in the bar area. Beautiful looking hotel, but no boutique vibe.

Review 6：I loved the position on the cliff face overlooking the sea and the history of the place. The beauty of the Hotel itself and the decor was absolutely first class. The interior was a maze of delights not to be missed. The gourmet restaurant food was very good and the lovely lunches and of course the wine was superb. All in all a great new find. Great staff.
Review 7：Nothing that spoils the experience but maybe just to improve it for the future. We will definitely return. However a pair of arm chairs would've been nice in room 1 with a larger table and larger bedside tables and bathroom surface/table. A sink in the toilet is needed too for hand washing.

Review 11：The shower was broken, the door could not be locked from the inside because the lock did not fit properly, the "room with sea view" had a lot less sea view than expected. However, we got a discount because of the shower.
