Review 1：Well where do I start.. There is no formal reception or welcome area, you must walk into the bar/betting shop to check in. The host allowed us to view the room before committing - which was good but only made it more awkward when he could not answer for the terrible things we found. (Note to anyone with a large suitcase - the stairs are horrible with a door at each flight, we had to leave it in the car) When we opened the door to the room, it stunk of damp - when I rushed to open the balcony door and let some air in we were met by a nesting pigeon protecting her eggs! I went and told the man in the bar and asked if there were any other rooms (having not seen anyone else in the building) and if he could come and take a look at what we found.. He claimed that he was alone and could not leave the bar and that there were no other rooms available.. The room was awful, dirty, damp, run down - absolutely unbearable - especially compared to similarly priced places we had stayed in across France. The town is beautiful though and we made the most of the restaurants to limit time in the room! Visit Frejus... But.. Do not stay here.

Review 3：There was little noise from closest bar during the night and as I already wrote: check-in only till 7pm.
Review 4：Very nice staff (unfortunatelly the check-in is only till 7pm, but the receptionist waited for us and was so friendly). Good location in the center of the city and parking place literally in front of the hotel. Shared bathroom even nicer than bathroom in the double room.
Review 5：We knew in advance that we probably wouldn't get the best room in the hotel because we bought it as a last minute offer. But the light in the room didn't work, the smoke alarm had been removed, and there where no alternative escape route in case of fire. The shared bathroom and the toilet was on the 1. floor, althrough we were on the 3. floor. There was no soap in the bathroom and no toilet paper. When we asked for toilet paper we got a handfull of napkins and were asked to put them there ourselves, so the manager could change it later. He never did. The other rooms are probably a lot nicer, but Bellevue didn't live up to the basic expectations from a hotel - we were truly disappointed.
Review 6：The location was nice close to the old city and there were good parking possibilities just in front of the hotel. Oh and there was a fridge and ac in the room.
Review 7：I booked a room with an ensuite this consisted of a shower and a hand basin in the corner, the toilet was located down the hall. The room also smelt stale, I'm presuming that smoking is allowed and this is why the room smelt. Not value for money.
Review 8：The rooms are very basic and rather grubby. For what the hotel offers, the price is rather steep.

Review 10：- Booking.com prices didn't match to rate at Hotel. Hotel has been updated prices 2013 and those are not same as at web booking.com.
