Review 7：Bathroom was little more than a cupboard with doors that you had difficulty to close once inside. No extractor fan in the enclosed bathroom. Plague of mosquitoes in September which devoured me!! Could do with a proper table on the balcony so that you can enjoy your lunch there.

Review 15：This, our 3rd time here, was as good as the previous twice. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the hosts really do care that your stay is as pleasant as possible. The room was clean and airy, and had a sea-view/balcony for just a little more. A 4th time is certainly on the cards!!
Review 16：Very helpful staff who gave us a room where we could store our bikes right outside the window in the garden. Then they even covered them in the night because it looked like rain. Nice breakfast. Excellent location.

Review 22：Royan is a busy place in the season and things go on all night, some of which happens on the beach opposite the hotel and this makes the rooms on the front, with sea view, very noisy, if you are trying to sleep and not join in with the all night life of Royan. Our advice is to get a room with a garden view.
Review 23：We'll run by attentive owners. Nothing was too much trouble and when we asked to move to a room at the rear of the hotel it was dealt with speedily and well. In developing the hotel the best use has been made of a small space, but the room s were comfortable.

Review 73：The hotel is located near the town and opposite the main beach. We had a room with a balcony and sea view. The rooms were bright and light. The hotel also provides excellent bikes (at very very reasonable rates) for hire.

Review 79：Everything was excellent except we were unable to access the “free wifi” with our netbook. There was a “help sheet” for the wifi, but I wasn't interested in switching off my firewall. Why can't all hotels use a simple log on using Room Number and Surname like Premiere Classe? If you need free wifi in Royan use the Office de Tourisme or McDonalds or Subway – all three were easy to use.
