Review 1：no lounge no bar no disabled access upstairs although disable sign on doors front and back staff who did not know what cappuccino coffee is!!!

Review 9：They wanted too charge us the full rate of 68 Euros instead of the 60 Euros arranged through Booking.com; when they finally agreed on 60 Euros, they charged tax on top. Not good. Hotel décor a bit tired and in need of TLC - peeling paint, tile grout, etc

Review 11：Hotel fronts onto fairly busy road and bedroom was noisy in the morning. We booked a suite (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) but access to the bathroom was through one bedroom - not a convenient arrangement. Car park small but parking available nearby.

Review 14：We were following an itinerary suggested by a very experienced newspaper critic and her suggestions were spot on in every case. We loved the hotel and the breakfast although the restaurant was closed on the night we arrived.
Review 15：Our room was on a very busy road and as it was a hot evening we had to keep our window open, the traffic noise up until 1 am and again from 6 am was quite bad. It is ideal for travellers as the train station is minutes away however we thought we were closer to the port than we were although still very walkable. We also were not able to connect to the WIFI as it was overloaded or not very fast.
Review 16：The Hotel was lovely and we were very pleased with our room and the staff. Lovely decoration, comfortable beds really a lovely room and very clean.
Review 17：Location very noisy....Restaurant closed despite booking in APRIL and it being stated as OPEN.The Petit Salon was locked all day...the Recepion was not manned throughout the day...Our two rooms had NO hot water on the first morning !!!...the Patron had gone on holiday so we could not negotiate a proper refund..as only a temporary lady had no authority to reduce the price.
