Review 7：The location of the hotel was poor. When you walk out, you're in an industrial/harbour area. My room for one person was the minimum what you can expect nowadays.

Review 8：Everything was new and clean. Nice salon, nice bar, a nice and fresh breakfast room with a large choice of products. A nice terras. Very close to the big German U-Boot bunkers.

Review 10：The hotel was brilliant. I stayed with my husband and sister for 3 nights. We needed to be in Lorient and it was in the right area. The owner was magnifique with 3 British who tried but couldn't speak much French. The hotel was clean and comfortable and he was very willing to give us information about the area. Definitely worth an extra star. Would love to return.

Review 11：No elevator: you have to carry your luggage to second floor on narrow and steep staircase. Then you have to fight against the door closer with enormous traction while carrying your suitcase. Next disappointment: very small rooms. No recommendation for this hotel!

Review 13：On arrival the new proprietor tried to send us to another lesser hotel! Because I am a fluent French speaker, I didn't allow that to happen. It was disconcerting to say the least . After that he was very warm and accommodating .

Review 15：I feared the location when I arrived but found that it was very convenient to the center -- an easy walk -- and to the University area, an easy drive. I have no negatives and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
