Review 1：Though this was not in any way the fault of the hotel, there was a very loud party/event right down the street which did not end until 5:30 am and made sleeping difficult.
Review 2：The room was situated in town, very close to the major museums and sights, and across the street from a wonderful park. The room was basic, clean and comfortable. There is a brasserie on the entry level where you pick up and drop off your keys, which is convenient.
Review 3：Basic little hotel / rooms above a little bar. Very clean comfortable and functional rooms in central location. Happy and helpful staff in the bar.
Review 4：Quiet location, nice room, particularly the bathroom, which would shame many establishments with more stars. Allowed me to park my bike in their garage, which was really appreciated.

Review 7：If we had been staying more than one night - or we were larger people(!) - I would have asked for a bigger room. Our bed was hard against a wall on the one side, it was more like a single person room. But for an overnight stop it worked for us.
Review 8：Very well equipped room, air con, good quality bedding but a very tight squeeze. The bar staff were friendly and extremely accommodating - Natalie was a total star. Even the customers were fun and helpful. Close to everything without the centre of town noise.
Review 9：The bed was very small for two people and we aren't big. The room was hot but they won't give you a remote to the AC unit as it's preset to 22c. Problem is that the unit and thermostat are in a little corner that cools quick so it shuts off leaving the rest of the room hot. We had a bad nights sleep due to the heat and small bed combination. WIFI is also a complicated system, I'm not sure why they don't leave a little guide in the room to save everyone having to go back downstairs and ask.

Review 12：We wanted a cheap hotel near the centre of Albi (5 minutes on foot) and we opted for this one which was on budget for us. We got a small but large enough room, which was very clean and tidy with modern furniture. The outside door and room door open with the same key, so you can enter at any time during the night as well. Good value for money. We couldn't ask for more!

Review 15：Great location- 10min to train station and 200m to bus station, where you can take buses to Cordes sur Ciel (must see) and other villages. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Albi is special.

Review 31：This is a family-run operation which also attracts the locals. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good, both at the bar for breakfast and at the restaurant for meals.
Review 32：There are lots of building works going on nearby which have closed off some streets making it difficult to get to the hotel. Parking in a nearby street was easy enough though. Being 2star there was no safe, fridge or hairdryer & the towels were very thin. the bed was not the best and the noise from people in the street all night made it hard to sleep. It is a student district.
Review 33：Spacious tidy, room with pleasant outlook. The proprietor was great. Breakfast included was basic continental but good value. Nearby gardens are lovely & it is an easy walk to the wonderful old town of Albi. A gorgeous city.
Review 34：The hotel staff were very friendly and considerate when we first arrived. The next day I hurt myself while out for the day, and the staff were a big help to my husband, more than one would expect.
Review 35：Unfortunately they are currently building nearby and we were lucky to get a park not too far away from the hotel. It was a Saturday night and so there was also a bit of noise through the wee hours of the morning so take some earplugs!
