Review 1：Standard breakfast not special cobwebs on light fittings in breakfast room, very noisy rugby team guests until late at night (gone 11pm and needed a complaint at reception to calm them down)

Review 5：This was a very nice place to stay. On the marina in Hendaye. A lovely walk down the road to the beach or places to eat. Had a very good meal in a restaurant along the seafront. Pity we were only there one night!
Review 6：The a/c was broken, indefinitely, and it was very hot, with the afternoon and evening sun on the window. It never really cooled down, and our 2-year-old had real trouble with it. The lounge chairs at the pool are moldy, there are only 2 umbrellas total, the little bridge is taped off (instable), and the banister on the balcony is old and starting to rot. Tiny little tv with maybe 8-10 channels, if you care about that.
Review 7：The location is killer, quiet at night, beach is just one building/ 100m away. The bath is fine, the room nicely redone. The breakfast buffet was really nice. Overall, the positive overcame the negative, but it's still hard to recommend the place. It feels like they ran out of money renovating but are still charging full price.
Review 8：No availability of any sort of drinks in the reception area or in the room. The stated distance from the centre is way underestimated. It is more like 3km and up hills. Anyone walking with luggage from the station or bus would struggle ( as we did!)
Review 9：This hotel is idyllically located near the marina, several good restaurants and only I minute from the beach. The rooms are comfortable and spacious each having its own private balcony. The swimming pool was delightful.

Review 13：Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, opposite the marina, near the excellent beaches and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to centre of Henaye Plage. A decent sized pool for swimmers.
